Love using the fire sticks. They are so easy to navigate from screen to screen. Bought for my mother in law who is not very technically inclined and she’s been doing great navigating all the screens. Very good product.

It is small, easy to use, effective, and takes advantage of my Amazon Prime account! The voice feature of the remote is great.

This fire stick is so cool kids can watch Netflix I can watch Hulu my wife likes sling TV it's great for the whole family you can even take it to your family's house and use it there as well very easy to set up Wi-Fi

It can't get easier to stream Netflix, Hulu, WWE Network, etc. than on the Fire TV Stick. I bought one for myself and another as a Christmas gift. For a plug and play streaming device, this is the best one out there.

The Fire Stick has performed up to my expectations! Product is great, but directions were a little less than clear. However, after a little trial and error, the Fire Stick installation and performance are first rate.

I bought a few of these as gifts for family and friends. It is not very expensive and everyone loves them. It is a very versatile device and is small enough to travel with if needed. Another great product from Amazon.

I am an amazon prime member so it makes perfect sense for me to use amazon devices for all my multimedia usage. The device works great and I would recommend it to anyone, especially those who have a prime membership.

Compact and easy to plug and play right outta da box! The Alexa voice control is very neat and convenient. Set up one tv and moved to another...it kept the WiFi network and I didn’t have to re-enter! Yay technology!

We love our firestick. I got it for my husband and he made some upgrades to it. We get to watch all our favorite shows at anytime since we don't get to see it live. We lose the remote but the app remote works good too

Bought wrong television leaving us without the smart TV which was we were out to buy. Because we set tv up it was too late to return so we went this route which turned out to be just as good! Set up is super simple.

I used my Wii as the way to make my tv a smart tv and boy is this a complete game changer. I love using my phone as a remote it's so much easier I honestly don't even know where my actual remote that went with it is.

I am able to get local channels with cbs all access with the Amazon Fire stick. Get all the channels I wanted at a fraction of the cost. It is also easy to set up. I purchased another fire stick for a different tv.

I got two of these on this years Black Friday deal! I will be using as stocking stuffers! I have one currently in use and it is terrific. Using Alexa to find my requests is a wonderful way for ease and convenience!

When it came to the extras..like Alexa..its never worked..and I was supposed to get a code for a couple weeks or so of free Sling Tv..Didnt come to email and when I called I got a person who barely spoke English..very frustrating...And to top it off..the reason I chose the Fire Stick was because it supported YouTube. When it arrived and I hooked it up ,almost the first message was how as of the 1st of the new year YouTube would NO LONGER be supported because of the squabble between the 2 companies.. So, to sum it all up..make sure everything you want in a Media Streamer is there AND included when it gets shipped to you.. I called about both issues , the code for the Free trial of Sling Tv that Should have been emailed to me...and the fact that The voice activated part if Alexa has never worked..and I've sent emails and called them about both issues...Hearing nothing back from Customer Support.. so yeah..im a little miffed over the whole thing... But the Fire Stick does seem to work very well.

This device its great for watching internet tv ( i use sling tv) and for watching movies. Not only can you connect to your netflex account but there are many apps you can download to watch free movies and tv shows.

I had an older tv with very few features but which worked just fine, the fire stick has turned a very mediocre instrument into a very usable television. Setup was easy and the whole system is very easy to navigate.

I found it easy to connect the Firestick to my wireless router though the onscreen keyboard is a bit awkward to use. There are a lot of free services but the free showings of CBS which are available on the web are not available from the Firestick, subscription required. I especially like the PBS and Pandora offerings. Its nice that the remote will actually turn on the tv, but I wish you could dim the tv screen when playing music.

I was actually going to give this a negative review until recently. I would try to stream content from Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO Go but was constantly receiving errors that the video I was watching wasn't available at the time. I had to keep switching back to my Chromecast because of this. It was so bad that I was going to return the Fire TV stick, I was getting it all packed up but noticed that the TV stick was on. I turned my TV to that input, the software had been updated. Amazon rolled out a total software update. The interface is cleaner (though it looks a lot like an Apple TV), it's faster, and I'm no longer receiving that stupid error. Netflix, HBO Go, Amazon Prime, Comedy Central, and every other app I use are all smooth without interruptions. Using Alexa to search for content is nice as I no longer have to hunt around in the various apps that I use. I can simply do a vocal search for "Westworld" and Alexa will show results that are in multiple apps including HBO Go. I can cast video to the Fire TV Stick with the new update as well. I should have been able to before the update but it never worked. I would experience constant framerate drops and missing audio while casting from my Surface Pro 4. But it's smooth now. I do wish that Amazon would open up to more services like Google Music or Apple Music but those might be locked down by their respective owners. It's also a shame that more movie services aren't offered. Like Amazon's other products, the Fire TV Stick is a vessel for consuming more content through Amazon. It's one reason why I didn't buy an Echo and went with Google Home instead. At least the Fire TV Stick works with all the apps that I want it to. I definitely recommend this for anyone who needs a new media streaming device but doesn't want to break the bank. Amazon's new update fixed my Fire TV Stick so that it's actually usable. The interface is fast, apps are open almost instantly, and voice searching via Alexa is a smooth experience. I do wish that more service providers would come together and make their content accessible on other devices but that's OK. Now, the only negative I really have to say about the Fire TV Stick is that it does require the use of a power outlet. It's supposed to be able to run off of a standard USB port. My HDTV has two and both output power at 1A, 5V but that's not enough for the stick. So I had to buy a USB extension cable and use the provided AC adapter.

This is my first stick and chose it because of the quad core processor and Alexa voice. It was also on sale which got it at a good price for $39.99. Set up was easy. Super fast stick. Home screen is easy to navigate. Alexa works well. She responds to many commands. She will even tell you about the weather. If you press down on the home button and keep it pressed for a few seconds, a pop up screen will appear showing you the Time, "Sleep", "My Apps", "Mirroring", and "Settings" to get to these features even quicker.

It was exactly what I was looking for. I don't have a cable provider or satellite T.V., but this makes it ok. I can watch all sorts of thi vs on demand. What I want, when I want. Just connect to your Wi-Fi and go.
