I recently purchased the AirTags in a pack of four, and they have been incredibly convenient for keeping track of my belongings. Bought these mainly to help track my dad on his near daily trail biking treks. He's starting to slip cognitively and I wanted to be able to locate him if he needed help on a trail someday. Unfortunately, I assume due to people using these for malicious purposes, they don't track the way I was hoping they would. I completely understand the need for it, and they do work (just not a constant feed which often causes me to freak out and I have even headed out to retrieve him a time or two because the location wasn't updating and I assumed the worst - only to find him perfectly fine and on his way home!). I also put one in his wallet (in a silicone holder made for this purpose), however it seems to get disrupted by his debit card or something, as that location has frozen a couple of times as well, again causing undue anxiety and worry that he left it behind somewhere and the thief tossed the tag in the nearest trashcan or sidewalk (since they likely don't give a darn about recycling these types of products)! I added a quick screenshot - you can see that 'Dad' was 'last seen' six minutes ago but his bike wasn't 'seen' since last night and they were both at his home when I took this. As the owner of the tags, I am too far away to 'ping' the tag for an update (although occasionally it does work???). Overall, they are great for locating lost items, but Apple definitely has some kinks to work out with them and there's limitations on how you can use them. I have learned not to even look at his location unless absolutely warranted, but reckon I will resort to sub-standard devices in the near future as his mind is steadily declining and the need gets greater.

I love the AirPods! They are so accurate and let me feel at ease with my property, vehicles and child!

Great thing to have as one gets older! Couldn't be easier to set-up on your iPhone. Peace of mind knowing where your keys, wallet, luggage, and older car, are at all times. Whether locating the item is just a memory lapse OR the item is "gone without your permission"!

It works great on my iPhone. It doesn’t track the same way as if you were to track any of your other devices in find my with live movements. But you can see the location once it stopped steady. I used two of my four pack. I’m still deciding the other two for usage. They also have a warning message that you’re not allowed to track people without their permission. And the AirTag will alarm from time to time to make sure someone’s knows that they are being tracked if they’re not aware. I include the picture so you can see but I marked out my personal information.

They work as expected, I bought for the value of the set

I was traveling to Europe and had to check my luggage , so I decided to go to Best Buy and purchase the Apple air tags in case my luggage was lost . It is a good thing that I did that , because on the return leg of my flight, we departed from the airport in Florence Italy, I decided to check on the status of my luggage shortly after taking off, and I noticed that it said the suitcase was still showing in the airport . Upon arrival in Frankfurt Germany, I checked again and it still showed that my luggage was in Florence. After a two hour layover, we departed Frankfurt and flew nonstop to Miami where I waited at the terminal, but no luggage arrived. It was still showing in Italy. After a frustrating night, I managed to sleep worrying about my luggage and the next morning I checked again and it showed it was in Zürich Switzerland, it even showed me the concourse and gate number where the luggage was sitting in a jet nearly 6000 miles away. This is one of the most useful purchases that I have ever made from Best Buy because I was able to tell the airline where my luggage was since they did not know I have recommended this item to many of my family members and have since purchased several more for future travel and other uses as well. This was by far one of the most rewarding purchases that I have ever made. Thank you, Best Buy. !!!

I am a firm believer in Apple AirTags. One is kept on all keys; my cars, fence gate, and even rental vehicles. My dogs have them on their collars. I keep one is a special sleeve inside my wallet. I have to travel so I also put one on every piece of luggage and backpacks. I am responsible for shipping specialized equipment overseas... It is nice to know where your stuff is at all times. I also keep one in my truck so it is easier to find in congested parking lots; think Dulles Airport for example. There are several types of trackers available, but this is by far the best I have ever had. I highly recommend you use a case to keep them secured to your devices, bags, and equipment; preferably one made of hard plastic that covers the battery compartment preventing the battery from falling out or moisture entering them. They are pretty tough, but they are not crush-proof or water-proof. The only downside (for some but not me) is that this is obviously an Apple devices so it is incompatible with Android devices. Lastly, they are trackable from all Apple devices; your iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and event your iCloud account. You can also share their locations with other people who have Apple devices; either permanently or temporarily. This is critical when multiple people are responsible for something during an event.

So I bought these to use on my pets and I love them! The app works really easy and the tags even beep. You can even track down to the foot !

Air tag with easy find my app. I was able to paint stages with non smart car keys and pets. Last night my cay was accidently lost in closet. Our family was anxious to find but Aittag did magic and located pet in top floor of house from outside. So I got these as a tracker for my two cats. Best buy has a great deal where I got 4 for 79 bucks! They fit easily in their collars (cat pics included) I own and android and they would not connect. Odd because my phone usually notifies me when a tracking device such as an air tag is near me. That's the lame part. There's tons of apps that claim they're the middle man for this but I have yet to find one that works well enough. They connect to my boyfriend's Iphone so that works. Good for the price.
