Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great product ! We have had several i-PADS over the years and just bought another one for a Christmas gift again this year. These are very light weight, durable, reliable and easy for traveling with as they fit right in your purse/ briefcase/ etc. A big benefit is the size of the text as I'm 66. It is much easier to see & read than items on a cell phone.

This was a replacement of an older (4th generation) iPad. With the Black Friday sales and trade in we could not pass up the upgrade. Speed is greatly improved and the new screen is excellent. Through my wife's dance club they also upgraded two 2nd generation iPads. They are thrilled. We recommended upgrades to two friends and they did the same.

Well,we all know the iPad is a solid tablet other manufacturers try hard to emulate,(Samsung does very well with their Pro tablet range),it’s ironic I won’t use an iphone(I don’t like how proprietary they are) so prefer android, yet I choose an iPad every time as they are very intuitive, quick little puppy’s,this is my third one,I really like the 12.9” Pro but this is my preferred size so my wife has the big one and she is very happy with it. This was a forced buy,as just out of warranty by two days,my first iPad suffered the dead battery syndrome which, seeing the charges for replacing one,I opted to pay $65 more and got this for $279 on sale,so I was very happy with that.I am exceptionally annoyed at how short the lifespan was on my first one considering others have had theirs MANY years. Anyhoo.......screen is first class, very responsive operating system, naturally,is quick, all the apps I need loaded easily and efficiently as I have come to expect from IOS. Well worth the $$$ spent so won’t bore you with all the technical specs as most reading this are not first time users and those few who ARE first time users are likely not familiar with how this system operates, suffice to say,iPads ARE the tablet marque in today’s market.

As always Apple the best.Light ,fast ,enough size for travel .

The new iPad is an excellent buy as it is lighter, faster, and has more memory for less money than the previous version that I had. I was unable to get to the store but Best Buy made it easy with their 2 day no charge shipping.

I have purchased a number of the iPads over the last several years for personal use and for family members as gifts. I have used Apple products for years and have been very pleased with the products. The ipad is sleek, light weight, easy to navigate, and very user friendly. There are cheaper tablets, but none any better than the Apple ipad.

Grate size and performance, comfortable to travel with it.

Works great. Very fast. Light weight. Long battery life.

Excellent screen, easy setup from cloud, and runs quick.

Very fast. Easy to use, best purchase and good price.

This IPad replaces my IPad 4. I am completely satisfied with the new features compared to my old IPad. For the retail cost, this is a really good IPad for average useage. The camera takes really good pictures considering this is an IPad. The processor speed is excellent for this level of an IPad. I do recommend this purchase.

Easy to use, has 32GB memory, camara is excellent.

This iPad does most everything you need a tablet to do. I upgraded from a Mini and the extra size is much better for movies, web browsing and typing. If you stream video, 32GB is enough. If you want to store lots of video and photos, get the 128GB!

This 5th generation iPad is convenient to hold and as powerful as a laptop. Tha A9 chip makes surfing quite easy and fast. It seamlessly syncs with your iPhone and other Mac devices. I find making a face time call using Wifi is clear with the 1.2 megapixel camera. Fixed camera is 8 MP and is really great quality. Overall, for the price, this is a very affordable reliable and high-end tablet computer.

I love the IPad. It is a very useful tool when you need to look something up. The screen is bigger than my kindle fire and I can see it better. I like the way you can just zip right through the different apps and find what you are looking for. Thank You Best Buy for all your help in helping me set my iPad up.

I purchased this item to replace a much older version which suddenly stopped working. In comparison, this new updated iPad version is much faster and comes with lots of updated features. The 32GB memory is more than enough for me to surf the web, process e-mails, watch Youtube, and download movies for trips.

We use our Apple IPad 9.7 tablet everyday from games to emails and watching movies. The screen is just the right size for sharing. It has a fast processor akin to the newer iPhones which makes it seamlessly work when I put my phone down and swap to the iPad. Very happy with our purchase and would recommend!

I love this. It was about time that I gave him a new iPad. He was still using second generation iPad mini. This one is much faster and the screen is larger which means I can use it as well. Got this for a great price and it serves my basic needs which is browse the web and watch Hulu and netflix and YouTube

I needed to upgrade my 16GB iPad, so after doing some research and determining my personal needs (I’m not using it for business), I decided on the 32GB with WiFi. I love the space gray because of the black frame around the screen. I also thought the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

I originally had an iPad 2, and it finally died on me after 4 years. I waited for this iPad to come out, and had a chance to get it from Best Buy for a good deal. It was cheaper than some of the reliable competitors when it was released. Now this product is just as fast as my iPhone 7 for surfing the web, great clarity, quality size and durability. Its very lightweight, and I'm liking its size very much. I was debating getting an old mini 4 model for travel, but it was more expensive and few options, memory wise, to choose from. I didn't know if the screen would be right, but its perfect for me. Its compact enough for traveling with and do work on, and still nice to read an e-book on.
