The new Space Black finish looks elegant and understated, and despite being sleek, the laptop feels sturdy and premium in every detail. Performance is where this model truly stands out. The M4 Pro chip handles demanding tasks video editing, large photo files, multiple apps, and browser tabs with ease and without the fans kicking up loudly. The 24GB of unified memory keeps everything smooth, and the 512GB SSD offers fast load times and quick transfers. The Liquid Retina XDR display is bright, sharp, and color-accurate, making creative work feel more immersive. Best for General Business Use The Apple MacBook Air 15-inch with the M4 chip is an ideal business laptop, offering a large screen for multitasking without the added weight and cost of a Pro model. Performance: The M4 chip is powerful enough to handle standard business applications, web browsing, presentations, and light content creation smoothly and without the need for a fan, ensuring silent operation. Portability: It has a trim, lightweight design (around 3.3 lb) that is easy to carry for frequent travel or moving between workspaces. Battery Life: Reviewers at CNET found it delivers long battery life, often lasting a full workday or more with light to moderate use. Display: The 15.3-inch Liquid Retina display offers ample screen real estate for working with documents or spreadsheets. Considerations: It has fewer ports (only two Thunderbolt/USB-C ports) compared to the Pro, so users with many peripherals may need a dongle.

I’ve been using the 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M4 Pro chip, 24GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage for about two weeks now, and I’m honestly extremely impressed with it. The first thing that stands out is the Space Black design. It looks absolutely premium and professional, and the build quality is exactly what I expected from a MacBook Pro. The 16-inch display is another huge highlight, it’s incredibly sharp, bright, and detailed, and the size makes working with photos, videos, and multiple windows so much more comfortable. Performance has been amazing so far. The M4 Pro chip combined with 24GB of RAM handles everything I throw at it without any noticeable slowdown. I’ve been using it for video editing, photo editing, multitasking, and everyday work, and everything feels incredibly smooth. Even when working with heavier projects, the MacBook stays responsive and quiet. The battery life has also been excellent. I can use it for a large part of the day without constantly worrying about finding a charger, which is a huge improvement compared to laptops I’ve used before. I also really appreciate the keyboard and trackpad. Everything feels very precise and comfortable, especially during longer editing sessions. The speakers are surprisingly impressive as well, the sound is clear, powerful, and has much more depth than I expected from a laptop. After only two weeks, I already feel like this was a great investment. The combination of performance, display quality, battery life, speakers, portability, and premium build quality makes this one of the best laptops I’ve ever used. It feels fast, reliable, and built to last for years. I’m especially happy with the 16-inch model because the extra screen space makes a noticeable difference when editing videos and photos. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would definitely recommend this MacBook Pro to anyone looking for a powerful laptop for both professional work and everyday use.

I let the salesman talk me into a returned item. I think it was returned for a reason. It has a few issues. Messenger just bounces. The only way to stop it is force quit.

I’ve been using this laptop for a while now, and overall I’m very happy with it. It works fast, runs smoothly, and handles everyday tasks without any problems. I use it for browsing, work, video calls, and watching videos, and the performance has been reliable. The screen quality is good, the keyboard is comfortable, and the battery life is decent for daily use. I also like that it looks modern and is easy to carry around. Of course, no laptop is perfect, but for the price, I think this one offers great value. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable laptop for work, study, or personal use.

I recently purchased the 16-inch MacBook Pro from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I opened the box, I could tell this was a premium product. The build quality is top-notch, with the sleek aluminum finish and large, vibrant Liquid Retina XDR display that makes everything look stunning. Performance-wise, it’s a powerhouse. I opted for the M3 Pro chip with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD, and it handles everything I throw at it—photo editing, video rendering, coding, and multitasking—with zero lag. The battery life is excellent too; I can easily get through a full day of work without needing a charge. Best Buy made the purchasing process smooth and easy. I ordered online and picked it up in-store the same day. The staff was friendly and even helped me transfer data from my old laptop. The only downside is the price—it's definitely an investment—but if you're a professional who needs reliable performance, it’s absolutely worth it.

I’ve been using the Apple MacBook Pro 16-inch (M4 Pro, 24GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Space Black) and it’s easily one of the best laptops I’ve owned. The performance is incredible. The M4 Pro chip handles everything I throw at it—whether it’s multitasking, editing, or just having a bunch of apps open at once—without slowing down. The 24GB of memory makes a big difference if you’re doing anything beyond basic use. It just feels smooth all the time. The 16-inch display is another standout. It’s bright, sharp, and the colors really pop. Watching movies or even just browsing looks noticeably better compared to most laptops. Battery life has also been impressive. I can get through a full day of use without worrying about plugging it in, which is a big plus for something this powerful. Build quality is exactly what you’d expect from Apple—solid, premium, and the Space Black finish looks really clean (and hides fingerprints better than I expected). Pros: Extremely fast and responsive (great for multitasking and heavy workloads) Beautiful, high-quality display Long battery life for a performance laptop Premium build and design Quiet operation, even under load Cons: Expensive compared to other laptops 512GB storage can fill up quickly if you work with large files Limited upgrade options after purchase Bottom line: If you want a high-end laptop that will last for years and handle just about anything, this MacBook Pro is a great investment. It’s not cheap, but the performance and overall experience make it worth it.

I recently upgraded to this MacBook, and it has completely transformed the way I work and study. As someone who takes online college courses and actively markets local events, I needed a laptop that could keep up with my multitasking needs while being portable and efficient. This MacBook has exceeded my expectations in every way! The seamless integration with my Apple ecosystem is a game-changer. Switching between my iPhone, iPad, and laptop is effortless, making file transfers, messaging, and continuity between devices incredibly smooth. I previously had a MacBook Air in 2013 but wasn’t a fan, so I switched back to Windows for years—until now. The difference is night and day! This MacBook offers faster performance, better battery life, and a significantly improved user experience compared to my older MacBook and even my Windows laptop. From managing marketing materials and social media campaigns to attending virtual lectures and completing assignments, this laptop handles everything with ease. The display is stunning, the keyboard is comfortable, and the battery life is impressive, allowing me to work for hours without needing to recharge. If you’re looking for a powerful, reliable, and user-friendly laptop, this is the one to get. It has made my daily workflow much more efficient, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Being that I’m a strong Windows user trying out a MacBook Pro.I can say I am thoroughly impressed but this MacBook. I charged this laptop on release day and gone an entire weekend and haven’t had to charge it yet. The laptop itself is very beautiful and gives a very professional feel. In terms of performance I have yet to find anything that can bog the system down. Stays snappy with any task I’m doing. My only slight dislike is the device is heavy. It’s heavier feeling than my ROG G17, but it’s not something I’m gonna hold against it with as much power this thing has. Highly recommend. Turned a Windows power user into a Mac person now.

I’ve been using the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M4 chip in silver, and honestly, it’s the best laptop I’ve ever owned. It looks sleek and professional, but the real magic is inside. The M4 chip is insanely fast—I can run a bunch of apps, edit video, and it doesn’t even flinch. Plus, the battery lasts all day, even with heavy use. The display is stunning (seriously, everything just pops), and the speakers sound better than most Bluetooth setups I’ve used. I also love that it still has actual ports—no dongle life here. If you’re upgrading from an older Mac or switching from Intel, the speed and battery life will blow you away. It’s not cheap, but it feels worth every penny.

The 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M4 Pro chip delivers outstanding performance for both work and creative tasks. Everything runs smoothly, from multitasking to demanding software, without any lag. The display is bright, sharp, and perfect for detailed work or media viewing. Battery life is impressive for such a powerful machine, and the build quality feels premium and durable. Overall, it’s an excellent laptop for professionals and power users.

CONS: * Heavy as you'd expect * Edges where your palms are, the corner is very sharp. Always has been on Apple laptops, sadly. * Stupid expensive for more than 512 GB SSD which is frankly criminal these days. * Screen feels fragile, thin, so be careful to close by middle or use both hands. PROS: * Keyboard is crisply functional. Feels nice to type. * Trackpad is huge * Screen is really nicely large * CPU doesn't run really hot on normal usage like the older INTELS. IF you do a lot of intense, it does get warm. Haven't felt it getting hot yet. * 2 fans keep it quieter. I rarely hear the fan come on until the unit gets hot. So far that's only been 1 time in a month. * The M4 Pro chip is VERY FAST. Photos pop up as soon as you touch them. Nice. Got 50 tabs open on a browser? No problem. It's a revolution in chip speed for sure. Coming from a 2014 15", it's like going from a golf cart to a Lamborghini * Love the battery life. * Love the finger touch logon. * Display is sharp, colorful, BRIGHT, just really amazing. Best Buy: * They allowed me to buy, cancel, buy, etc easily. The ppl in the store helped me out. Best Buy is better than most stores these days for Appliances, but also IT. * They have their own membership care allows AppleCare for multiple products that is way cheaper than AppleCare by itself. As long as you keep it. Which can exceed the initial 2 years. Plus it has discounts. It pays for itself if you use Best Buy for a few products a year. Summary: Why 5 stars with the CONS above? It's the best laptop on the market. Apple shot past PC laptops with this M chip they make. It runs faster and cooler than competition. So Apple, who was running behind has caught up and sped ahead here.

I have been a windows user for 30 years. never understood the appeal with Mac. Now with apple silicon I can confidently say that unless your work is tied to specific windows only software or you're gaming focused buy a MacBook Pro, its better in every other measurable metric. Biggest thing that differentiates this product from any windows machines is battery life, which is to say windows has no competition. sure some of the newest panther lake chips do get solid battery life (9-10) hours of screen time which is amazing for windows as a whole but you HAVE to disable the discrete GPU otherwise you'll be getting 2-4 hours at most. Even then the best windows machines with decent graphics performance last half as long as this MacBook Pro. Second big deal is this device just works in its fullest performant sate while being unplugged which doesn't exist for windows unless 30 minuets per charge is impressive to you. This MBP is silent as in the fans DO NOT SPIN at all if your just doing normal stuff, which is how it should be, unlike pesky windows causing fans to ramp up for no reason even if you're idle. this alone greatly increases fan lifespan. MacOS is very different from windows that much is obvious and some probably won't like it. I had to do some tweaks to get it to where the changes don't immediately bother me, specifically every window being in its own space is just strange and MacOS as a whole doesn't like full screen as the animation transition honestly looks unfinished and is quite jarring so I had to disable motion to give the illusion its smoother. The screen is one of the best I've seen on any consumer product, gets literally too bright and even though its LCD it looks as good as OLED thanks to the quantum dot miniLED technology and 2,500+ local dimming zones. Outside of haloing in HDR content and lower pixel latency this screen visually looks identical to an OLED panel. resolution is just shy of 4K at 7.78 million total pixels vs 4Ks 8.4 million but still more than enough. CPU performance is off the charts, only thing faster than this is some thousand dollar plus AMD threadripper or the newest M5 Pro/ Max chips. All the windows devices that do get good battery ironically use the medium power panther lake chips which are around base M4 in performance. GPU performance is exceptional. No it's not as fast as your RTX 5080 or 5070, roughly around RTX 3070/ 3070ti in raw GPU muscle. But it can run Cyberpunk 2077 ( actual gameplay not the worthless in game benchmark ) at 1200p, balanced metal FX, all high settings, ray traced everything but reflections set to medium and I'm averaging 45fps which is more than usable. AGAIN, this device is not made for gaming but it can absolutely game if your expectations are realistic. on battery I get 3-4 hours of usage running this game in particular which again no windows machine gets even close to as they're not designed to run off the battery while gaming. Because my lifestyle doesn't depend on legacy windows software to run I will never consider another windows laptop so long as I live. This is where its at.

I’ve been using the 2025 MacBook Pro 16-inch for a few weeks now, and the performance is honestly staggering. Moving from an older Intel or even a base M-series chip feels like night and day; I can render heavy 8K timelines in Premiere while keeping dozens of Chrome tabs open, and the fans stay completely silent. What I love most is how "frictionless" it feels. The ProMotion display makes everything look incredibly fluid, and having a dedicated SD card slot and HDMI port again has saved me from carrying a bag full of dongles. Even with the massive screen, the 24-hour battery life means I rarely pack my charger for a day at the cafe. It’s the first laptop I’ve owned that actually keeps up with my workflow without any hiccups.

Amazing laptop! The 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M4 Pro chip delivers outstanding performance. The display is stunning with vibrant colors and sharp details. The battery life is excellent, lasting all day even with heavy tasks. It runs super fast and handles everything from video editing to multitasking with ease. The build quality is premium, and the speakers sound fantastic. Definitely worth the investment!
