This MacBook Pro 16” M4 is a big disappointment. I have used Macs and iPhones for years and am an average user - no demanding gaming, developer or video editing. I bought this for the screen size. That said, after I set it up, it wouldn’t recognize my user password? I contacted Apple and after over one hour chatting and on the phone, they told me it was a hardware issue and sent me a box to ship it to them and no time estimate to repair it. I returned it to BB for an exchange and over a week later I haven’t received the exchange and no estimated delivery date. I don’t recommend having this shipped and if you don ‘t have an Apple Store where you live.

Light weight and fast. Everything we hoped for in a computer.

Got a Steal, was surprised to see that I received as good as an unboxed product instead of "refurbished"

Used good condition looked as if it was an open box not a mark on the computer great place for tech

Doesn't work as well as I had hoped. A number of small but annoying glitches. Constant message: "Some iCloud data isn't syncing", Talked to Apple for 30 minutes. They couldn't fix it. Disappointed in the product.

My daughter loves it and will use it when she starts college.

I’m so upset let me tell you i tried to purchase this MacBook and had a descent open box price but i had one that the battery was bad and that was a better price. After around 6 hours trying to get this problem fixed i ordered this one and it said it would be delivered on march 5 well i wait all day for it to come and it needed a signature so i had to wait. Guess what never showed up. So then they send it to an ups store. Well thats the first real problem i never knew where and couldn’t get there in the open hours. I try to call Best Buy a rep says they’ll just send me a replacement so i wait 4 more days and then call where a supervisor tells me that she never put in request to replace and he will replace it. Well now i see my original order is sending back to Best Buy and it’s been almost 20 days since i original ordered it lied and said they’ll send replacement and nothing. They have my money and now saying they have to wait until the return gets back to them to get my money back when all i did was wait for a delivery thst never showed up. So wrong. I needed this laptop for school and its going on over 20 days no laptop and no way to buys another one because 2000 plus dollars is hard to come by and they still have my money. So wrong Best Buy. I’m so LIVID!!!!!!! Best Buy wont even take the time to make it right they’re customer service is a joke and thats why they lie to hard working customers. So wrong. Please stop buying from Best Buy and they’re lies and maybe they’ll do something about it.
