It works fine it's quiet and efficient

If you own aMAC and this item isn't saving or burning it doesn't tell you to adjust your permissions I spent a couple hours with support thinking something was either wrong with burner or needed something like a driver when it was a file sharing permission. It works fine and it doesn't take too long burn files it's quite simple to operate

I returned it and purchased the Apple item. Yes it was more expensive but it is metal not plastic and I feel like it will certainly withstand normal use. Very glad I returned the other and purchased this one.

Works very well with Mac products

While setting up the mini I learned that I could install everything I required by letting the Mac software do its thing. Returned unit without ever opening the box, yet I am so impressed with Apple so far that I would buy again if the situation presented itself.

Easy Plug and Play use

Works well no problems. The only drawback is it is totally sealed with automated disc loading and ejecting, so there appears to be no way to eject a disc without being powered by the computer. Have not had any problems ejecting from computer though.
