I had reordered this watch as an anniversary gift with the release date and delivery of September 21. On September 21st I received notice that my preordered was delayed with no scheduled delivery. As I would be out of state later that week I cancelled my preorder and went to the store and purchased the same watch on the 21st. The customer service rep told me my preorder was cancelled. Shortly thereafter I received the preordered in the mail. Thus I had two watches but had only paid for the store pick up watch. I then called requesting a pre printed return label which I received and mailed back to Bestbuy. Just doing what I thought was the right thing to do.

I purchased this for my wife’s b-day. She absolutely loves the watch & all the features. She is not technically suave however she has no issues with setting up the watch & using it. It was the perfect gift. Buying it through Best Buy was a great way to purchase this item.

My first Apple Watch and so far very impressed! Size is perfect for my wrist and doesn't feel annoying to wear at all. I barely notice it's there but is so useful for things beyond my workouts.

I traded my old watch for this one and love it. It has a longer battery life and many more health features. Very happy with purchase.

The battery life is better on this model. It feels more comfortable on my arm especially when sleeping. The look is great!

No idea if good, used to buy with my stolen debit card number. Best Buy clearly didn't check their ID at pickup for an online order and let them walk out with almost $1,000 in goods purchased with my money.
