I really enjoy seeing the small results. I am the kind of person who needs to see something. Sometimes I won’t loose and weight and become deflated and want to give up. This shows me the small percentages of other improvements other than weight.

My 2 sons are very happy how easy and {so far} accurate this scale is. They are able to program and follow on their smart phones.

I am returning this scale because the body fat measurement is extremely inaccurate. I regularly use a professional InBody machine, which consistently measures my body fat at around 12%. This Arboleaf scale reported my body fat at 22%—a difference of 10 percentage points. That is far too large to be useful for anyone who is serious about tracking body composition. The product advertises advanced 8-electrode technology and claims to provide comprehensive body composition analysis across 26 metrics, but the results I received were nowhere close to what I get from professional equipment. The weight measurement itself seemed fine, but the body fat percentage and related metrics appear unreliable. If your goal is simply to track body weight, this scale may be acceptable. However, if you're buying it for accurate body composition data, I would not recommend it. I expected much better accuracy for a scale in this price range. Returning it and sticking with professional InBody measurements.

I love these scales it keep up with body fat % and everything thing you would want i use them everyday highly recommend

Started using it to keep a closer eye on my health metrics, and it’s been incredibly useful. The scale connects to my phone quickly, and the 8-electrode design gives much more detailed data than a regular scale. Weight, body fat, muscle mass, and other measurements all sync smoothly. The display is clear, and the readings feel consistent every time. A great tool for anyone who wants an easy way to monitor their progress at home.

No 5th star is due to a little more of a difficult setup process than I would've expected. There do seem to be a lot of bonuses for paying for the subscription though, which I might do. There is a lot more info on the screen itself than other smart scales, which is nice.

Best scale system I have ever owned. It took me a minute to get the proper handling of the measuring capabilities sorted, but now I am good to go. Being able to see all aspects of my body composition has really helped me understand the weight woes.

Good product but not completely accurate, nice to see the stats and maybe for an enthusiast but for the regular joe just buy a 20 dollar scale.

Wondering why the Scale Weight Measures Differs from my old one; it is 1.6 to 2.0 lbs lower. Also, I find the Features too Complicated to Use and work.
