Works very well for the minimal use that I want. Great clarity and speed.

Great except for 9 key doesn't compress properly so when using as part of password don't know if it worked or did multiple 9s. Print size changes on open page without any awareness that you asked it to. A wireless mouse helps solve that problem

I bought this laptop for church Christian Education department for our church Sunday School to stream lessons from the web, and it works awesome!! Wifi works seamlessly with our network!! It has HDMI output to easily connect to tv . Love it!!

I bought a small laptop recently for my daughter at BB but it crashed only a few months later. I went back in to purchase another computer and the staff member who helped me was absolutely awesome and knowledgeable. I have never had this type of assistance before and I bought a computer that actually fit my needs. If I had this staff member last time then I wouldn't have wasted the money on the previous laptop b/c it wasn't able to perform at the level we needed.

For the price, you can't beat this laptop. It has great battery life. I use it to basically surf the interweb.

Not really much to say, I'm happy with the purchase. The laptop is fast enough, sleek and nice to look at, light and portable. Since it is not the lastest, greatest processor out there, I got it at a discount, and it more than meets my needs.

I didn't want all the bells and whistles, just a basic laptop. This is a very good one for a reasonable price.

I read in other reviews that it was slow: it is. I didnt realize there was no camera until I wanted to use it. The laptop will also just stop working. I guess you get what you pay for.

Very reliable computer and very affordable. I would recommend this computer for an everyday work computer.

I think this laptop has set the new standard for price/performance. An i3 is the lowest processor I would ever consider getting at getting this at just a couple hundred bucks along with the decent memory and huge hard drive is great! The only thing it lacks is a higher resolution screen. If you can deal with that this makes for a solid laptop for normal work use.

Its light weight, very easy to program and use, very advance technology, best laptop i have ever had so far.

The ASUS X540LA was available as an "Open Box" Excellent -SALE. The equipment was in pristine condition and loaded my software flawlessly and without any incident. The response of all demands has met all of the demands of this publisher and researcher. I would recommend, without exception, not only this Notebook abut the use of the "Open Box" system by Best Buy. It gave me the opportunity to a top of the line system an extremely reduced expenditure

Great price for a basic computer easy to use and set up. Not the fastest speeds but not nec for my needs.

There is a lot of value packed into this laptop. The Intel i3 processor combined with 4GB of memory cover the processing end. I swapped out the mechanical hard drive to a solid state hard drive. It's an involved process, but You-Tube got me through it. The result is a great laptop for everyday work.

It is a nice laptop. 1TB for a great price and a perfect size. Will definitely start using ASUS brand.

Computer works great. Keyboard is a little cheep, but no problems. My old computer die, after 8 years, and I need something quick. The ASUS had good reviews and was on sale at the time so I went with it. Very happy with the purchase.
