Easy setup Lightening fast. Vert large footprint.

I have used Linksys routers for years. All my wi-fi devices were dropping their connections. I got this ASUS AC3100 router. Set up was easy. Once I reconnected all the devices (about 12), everything worked great. Signal strength is excellent and not one device has lost connection. Would highly recommend this for home or office.

The sign in brings you to several screens that let you put in the identifiers and passwords. It then goes to update the firmware. You must go through this procedure, or no internet. This is my second Asus AC3100. I have been using, and still use, the one I bought it 2017 at home. This router performs flawlessly. No crashes, freezes or any other problems. Scads of settings and the Android APP has every setting under the sun. This second purchase is for the building's wi fi and computer lab. It replaced a highly-rated Netgear that turned to dog meat after a factory recommended firmware update and patch. Buy this router if you want solid reliable performance day after day and year after year.

I am a novice when it comes to routers but my IT guy recommended this one and I have to say it is a winner. I ended up purchasing one for each of my offices. The only glitch was getting to to work around Windows SQL Server, not a big deal. Easy to set up, great features, and easy to access from a web browser.

With old router my son had trouble with reception if he went outside. The ASUS has wider range and better reception.

My Wi-Fi router had been acting up for a while. Finally had enough and got advise from a friend to check out Asus. I was not disappointed. Easy to setup (hardest part was naming the network and picking a password). All devices now stay reliably connected with blazing speed! Very happy.

Bought this to replace an older router. Range is excellent and connection is fast. Setup was quick and easy, Asus management GUI is simple to use and has functions that most people are looking for with some additional ones for power users. Router has been solid, with firmware updates rolled out regularly.

The ASUS AC3100 increased my WiFi speed from 50 MB/s to 160 Mb/s. It has respectable parental controls and ample reach for a 1,700 sq. ft. house. Setup was simple if you have some experience in doing so. Automatic band switching is a welcome feature as well. I’m very pleased with this router.

The mesh feature made it easy to significantly expand my wifi network to cover the entire house. Accessing the router features is easy an makes customization a snap. Only downside is that it is not cheap but the feature set and quality makes is worth it for me.

My wireless signal is much stronger in the far reaches of my house than with the router I replaced. It suits my needs, I have set up a VPN account that works great. My wired devices are blazing fast and my wireless devices are faster than my old router. I also like the fact that you can turn off the panel lights if you choose to.

Was having issue with my ATT router, added the Asus AC3100 and all my issues went away!

This router is just what I needed to get my network the boost that it needed. No more buffering while watching Netflix or Hulu.

Neither my latest model cable router nor the Airport Time Capsule would cover a half of my 3000Feet house. I decided to try AC3100 and was very happy that I don't need to install the cables or any wireless extenders. The signal has covered the whole house and the speed is phenomenal. Definitely worth the money you pay for it.

After much searching & reading reviews this router was on the top of our list. This unit is in the top speed/features of med-hi end routers. If you have multiple devices running it will give more than 1 band to use (especially helpful when my wife is entering report cards). We would highly recommend this router!

Purchased this router based on reviews and recommendations. I can say both were correct. Router gives me the top speed that is available through my internet provider. I recently added numerous wifi products to my house and this router handles all with no interruptions. Very reliable. I would recommend this product.

This router has very fast transfer speeds. Wireless works great but not through brick walls. My old Asus router has the same wireless range as this new version, I was expecting the wireless range to be so much better but I'm disappointed that it's not. Clean easy to navigate interface for programming.

After my net gear router went boots up, I researched other routers and found good reviews for this ASUS. It's really performed as well as they say it does. I like the fact that I don't have to create a PW to take advantage of all options it has. Easy to setup and get started.
