it's fast & reliable. it would have been better the router has better heat ventilation.

I finally moved and could get a fast internet connection. My old wireless router had always been fine since my internet connection was so slow. Once I could get 300Mbps, my old wireless couldn't keep up. I started searching and found this one would work. Every time I test my connection speeds, both wired and wireless, I get 300Mbps. I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Too large and very gangly. Should cost less, gets too warm as well. Love the interface and ability to install alternative router and firewall OS such as DD WRT or the other solution from Asus. Faster CPU and more RAM would be a nice addition.

i have about 12 devices running on this router and everything works flawlessly, and the range is much improved from my old comcast router, before i could only go as far as my front door and have wifi on my phone, now i can be across the street from my house with great connectivity, i liked it so much i purchased a second one for my recording studio. it is a bit pricey but i guess you get what you pay for, no complaints here.

I am a fan of ASUS routers. I purchased the AC1900 in 2015 and this AC3100 now. The main reason was because I wanted the AIMesh coverage. Installation was simple and meshing with the older router was even simpler. The coverage is great. The installation Quick Internet setup was exceptionally easy to use Great product and now I can say great products.

I bought two of these and an ASUS RT-AC88U. I utilized the AI-Mesh function and have one single WIFI network that is (OH MY GOD) powerful. I was tired of using oid routers and trying extenders and, and, and. This setup is fast, and I mean fast. Everywhere in my house, upstairs, downstairs and in every corner I have WIFI that will blow your socks off. I love it. If you can afford it, do it!

Powerful consumer router and for the most part I can't complain. But it needs to be soft reset every couple of months and the 5g wifi has drop outs.

This was very easy to setup and provides great speed through out the house and in the back yard. Stream movies and play games at the same time in different parts of the house.
