I bought this desktop to set up with my 4K dell monitor. My friend (computer afficiando) was playing on it and told me that the GTX 1070 graphics card was not showing up. We took it to Best Buy and sure enough we were told the graphics card wasn't working. The "geek" (very nice guy) at the Genius Bar told me to go home, back it up and then bring it back. So I backed it up to a passport I bought at Best Buy and brought it back. I walked in with my computer and told customer service my ordeal. 5 minutes later, customer service came back and told me that the computer was fine. I told them that I didn't think so and that I had had a 2 hour phone call with Asus the previous night and was told by them that some freak thing happened when building my computer. 15 minutes later the manager and about 6 other employees are borderline calling me a liar. I was blow away! I loved shopping at this Best Buy! (1/4 mile from my new home) Well finally I asked them to show me the graphics card in action and that's when they realized I was correct. Their compensation for a new computer (BTW Iwas still in my 30 day warranty period) was a joke in my eyes. I left their and told them that I would never come back. I'll never shop at Best Buy again. The customer service (which normally is supurb! I used to love strolling through this Best Buy purely because I knew I would learn something new from one of the employees) Maybe in 10 years I'll take a look at Best Buy again and will get service like the old days. I want to note that maybe I just came there on a bad day for the manager and other employees.

neat design. nice gaming PC and wonderful performance. A little bit hard for DIY upgrade due to neat design. Overall good.

I had a lot of initial problems setting up the computer to the point of having to completely reinstall Windows 10. A 20 minutes process ended up taking me about 6 hours. It's finally working after a lot of clean-up and restarts and I'm happy with it's overall performance. Running high FPS games and its handling it really well.

I had to buy a CPU. I was deciding between this and others that probable had better features...but the graphics and on this was superb and fast and cool looking. I love it

Fits all my needs as a gamer and more. But make sure they give you the right one. i had to return mine for the correct one

only thing i would do different is get the most updated graphic card. i got the 1070 instead of 1080. still great though

If you are looming for a no hassle computer at a reasonable price, look no further. Easy set up, runs all my games fast, allows for streaming while gaming, and I didn't have to build it.

I really enjoy using this computer for gaming and making comtent like drawing and animation.

I got this computer because my old one died. This thing runs so quiet I haven't heard it at all right next to my foot. It does everything I want it to with seemingly little effort.

I purchased this as a gift for a brother and so far he's loving it. Plays any game out now with flying colors at 1440p resolution. Does VR flawlessly. I'm the kind of guy that prefers to custom build their PCs but this one beats price for the parts separately. One issue experienced is that the wifi card sometimes drops connection. It doesn't happen often but it is annoying for him when it does.

Good so far, really quite an upgrade from my old laptop, works well hoping graphics card holds up and hoping to never have problems with it. Overall seems really great

Although I bought the computer it was for my grandson who is 15 yro but a pro on this gitzmos and gadgets, he is very please with it , so, I assume the desktop is great!!!

Odd shaped tower, not what I expected considering the box is huge. Runs very well.

Perfect gaming pc. Fast , does not overheat. Volume levels good - user friendly

Pros: Overall this PC has exceeded my expectations. The GTX1070 does the job, performance in games is according to benchmarks. VR ready is a plus. OS works good, CPU/RAM is enough for most applications, but SSD is highly recommended. Cons: -No optical/coaxial output. There is Multi channel output, however new set of cables required, no big deal. External Sound card could be a better an option. -This version does not include SSD, To upgrade, PC must be almost fully disassembled, there is enough information on internet/youtube to do the job. Not an easy task.

This is a great gaming computer! The load time and graphics are great and allow for optimal game time. Not a problem at all with the machine. Love it!

Nice look, great processor had to return it because the GPU unit quit on me and only had the PC for two weeks. returned it for a new one no problems and no problems so far.

Can't beat the price for a pc this fast. Looks great as well.
