Using it about a month now and meets all expections

I was looking forward to receiving my new phone. But when I received it and hooked it up the handset would not work. I tried a different handset on the phone and it worked great. The only problem was the switched handset would not work out because it would not sit in the cradle properly since it was not the right size for the phone. I was truly disappointed so when I called customer service they instructed me to write "Exchange" on the invoice and send the phone back and I would promptly be sent a new one. I followed the instructions and received a email about 2 weeks later stating that they would refund my money. When I called to inquire about the phone and whether or not they would be sending a new one they said that I would have to reorder the phone. So now I have to reorder the phone even though I was instructed to write exchange on the return invoice and was suppose to get a new phone sent to me. I am truly frustrated and am not sure I will even order this phone from Best Buy

I conduct the majority of my business in my home based office. I needed a phone with excellent speaker use as well as programmable buttons to access numbers quickly. I have so far found this phone to make my business calls more efficient!

We liked all the features on this phone and how nice it looks on our desks. So, we bought four of them for our office. Right away we had a problem with one of the phones because the phone jack was loose and would disconnect calls. (We replaced that phone right away.) Next we noticed that when you use the handset and need to raise your voice, you instantly get distortion. You hear a vibration in your ear of your own voice. Then when we started using the speakerphone, everyone on the other end complained they couldn't hear us talk. You have to talk directly at the microphone within a few inches and still people on the other end can't hear you clearly. Your voice comes out garbled and broken up.

this phone may be the best corded phone out there. great sound quality, and easy use interface.

This phone is a decent overall phone. The speakerphone is decent, the call quality is very good, and i like the backlit LED display. The only thing I don't like is if you place someone on hold and they hang up, it doesn't release the call.

We bought this phone to use as a replacement. It is not 100% compatible with our current, older phone system. Seems to work well by itself but transfers dont do well and we cant seem to remedy the problem.

For the price, a very good system. Will replace other phones in the office with this. Am replacing a Merlin system, and wanted to try one phone out before replacing all of the phones. Looks like we will be getting all new phones.

Love this phone! It's unbelievably easy to use, the clarity. both for us and for the caller on the other end is superb! This is a great phone for the little bit of money they ask for it!

I've a hotel business in TX,USA . So that communication is important for my business.And I am a daily customer of best buy.One day,i see this phone and bought some of this for my hotels.Now, I am seeing my decision was right and it's working superbly.

You can have a Phone System without buying an expensive one.

bought the phone to replace the old phones. and there was nothing mentioned about needing extra stuff. btw the stupid adapter that's needed is common but so old its not offered by att ( used supplied part number on att.com). should be as easy as plug it it, apply the power source and your new phone will ring, it isn't. which is why it yield one star. DOES NOT WORK OUT OF THE BOX! ADDITIONAL MONEY WILL NEED TO BE SPENT!
