Phone arrived quickly and with no damage. Came with SIM pre-installed. Phone is about what you'd expect from a budget device. Is a bit laggy. Camera quality is iffy. All-in-all, for a device less than $100, it was worth it.

Upgraded from galaxy 02S starter phone. I love it. Has a faster processor and lots of more storage. Works well for me. However, I wish it was easier to power off the phone.

The A16 is a really nice departure from my last device with 2021 specs I got in 2022; it comes with a beautiful OLED screen, higher and smoother feeling performance for the daily activities (browsing, texting, that sort of thing) and room enough for light gaming (low end Dolphin games at max, but pretty great on Rocket League Sideswipe Low settings/w 60fps), and game streaming. All of this in addition to a really nice battery life, one great enough for daily use that I highly recommend using the battery saver feature in order to limit a charge to 80%; it will still last you all day. This is the most "premium" feeling device I've owned. One downside, however, is that you will have to put work in to remove bloatware and everything they try to push on you, such as a game program that will download games you don't want called "Maestro" (I recommend disabling it in Apps.) Out of the box the software also allows you to select some aesthetic elements without an account, but when I updated I found some of these reverted and needed to dig through settings to get back to Dark Mode, with some of my previous settings disabled entirely. Finding options is sometimes a chore, so setup is a multi-day process. I'm also not big on how notifications work compared to my previous device, grouping all of them into one icon on the notification bar. The camera is also not so good; every image I've taken has come out smeary and gross, and no amount of touchups can solve it; if photos are important to you beyond a rough approximation of the image, I recommend skipping out on this. Finally, there is no dedicated headphone out, and the speaker is not so great, so you'll have to find a good USB C adapter and keep a Bluetooth speaker on hand if you really want to do more. For the price, so long as you're already in AT&T Prepaid, this is a nice value while it lasts, just be prepared to spend the time making it your own.

I feel this is a great phon, for a great price. The charge power doesn't run down fast. It takes really good photos as well.

This is an excellent Prepaid phone, especially for the price point. The phone runs fast and smoothly switches between apps, websites, etc. Additionally, the battery life and screen resolution quality are fantastic!

Absolutely love this phone. I am not a fan of google phones so I finally switched back to an android. This phone has so much space and allows me to connect to all my devices and use Microsoft which is my favorite OS.

I got this as a first phone for my 8 year old son. We haven't added service to it, he just uses it on wifi to play games and watch videos. We are pretty happy with it. It has lots of storage because he likes to record alot of videos. When he is older we can added minutes since it is a prepaid.

The primary function of a cell phone is to be a phone. Out of the box, the volume setting is too low. This is corrected in the settings, but it should be done at the factory.
