Phone arrived quickly and with no damage. Came with SIM pre-installed. Phone is about what you'd expect from a budget device. Is a bit laggy. Camera quality is iffy. All-in-all, for a device less than $100, it was worth it.

The primary function of a cell phone is to be a phone. Out of the box, the volume setting is too low. This is corrected in the settings, but it should be done at the factory.

Absolutely love this phone. I am not a fan of google phones so I finally switched back to an android. This phone has so much space and allows me to connect to all my devices and use Microsoft which is my favorite OS.

The phone is perfect for those who need the basics: talk, text, pics and a game or two.

This is an excellent Prepaid phone, especially for the price point. The phone runs fast and smoothly switches between apps, websites, etc. Additionally, the battery life and screen resolution quality are fantastic!

Upgraded from galaxy 02S starter phone. I love it. Has a faster processor and lots of more storage. Works well for me. However, I wish it was easier to power off the phone.

I bought this for my young son as a first time phone. Its perfect. Battery seema fine and gets the job done.

I got this as a first phone for my 8 year old son. We haven't added service to it, he just uses it on wifi to play games and watch videos. We are pretty happy with it. It has lots of storage because he likes to record alot of videos. When he is older we can added minutes since it is a prepaid.

phone is great and a great price! the problem is the GEEKS are no help with cel phones as I was informed at the Rim location. so BEST BUY just sells phones but do not service them.

The person that tried to switch my phone over was not so helpful and charged me $50 for doing nothing

The phone is ok to talk and text but it moves very slow. And the volume is not loud enough to hear on.

I don't know what cause the problem. I take the phone to ATT store but the employee could not enable the phone. It is prepaid ATT. It uses esim. esim has problem.
