Could be better

She dropped it and she hasn't had it a year yet and already, the sound is going out on it, the can't download anything on Google Play anymore (not a storage issue since she's uninstalled almost every app she has and it still says Download Pending) and it will automatically change her call volume to silent for no reason. Liked the phone in the beginning, now, not so much.
