    Although the other features of this phone were very nice, it was literally unusable as a phone. I ran three separate tests by leaving myself a voicemail on my landline and all three times about 30-40% of the words could not be understood. There was a muddy, muffled sound to the message and several times a phasing noise would completely obliterate the words. I verified that it was the Blade Spark that was at fault by repeating this test using two other cell phones, all using the same SIM and service. Sadly the Blade Spark has serious issues and God forbid someone would try to use it in an emergency or for any other important call. I liked the look and feel of the phone so I was sad to have to return it as unusable.
