    Well after 3 years the frame no longer works properly. There are lines across the display and the pictures are blurry. Seems like it should last longer since we have a phone screens and tvs that are used more than this frame, and those have lasted longer. Disappointed because they only offer a one year warranty.

    The frame stopped working after 4 hours. There's a feature where the frame goes to sleep when the lights go out, and it never recovered from that. I tried every reset button on the frame. Their customer service is not great either. Software is very buggy and ui is very basic too. I'm returning it to buy a different brand suggest you do the same before the return period expires. There is at least one other review here with the same problem. These have a major software bug or crappy hardware that is not being addressed. Return it now.
