If you liked the movie Saving Private Ryan, you'll like this. Also produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks, this came out a few years after. Consists of 10 hour long episodes, following Easy Company's drop into Normandy and a few missions after. It's a great watch.

Favorite HBO limited series ever. So much better than Saving Private Ryan (which is good don’t get me wrong) that it is often associated with. Right actors, right writing, right directing at the right time !

This is one of the best ww2 shows ever. Great characters and story, and very realistic battle sequences. You get attached to characters in the story and pretty much every star before they were stars are in the series, Tom hardy, Micheal Fassbender, Damien Lewis, James mccavoy.

By now, you will have read a number of reviews gushing over this series. I'll save you yet another. I'll just say this. Having already watched it with a friend, I still snagged it off the Father's Day display at BB so I could revisit it again - and perhaps again.

Band of Brothers is one of the greatest war chronicles that I have ever enjoyed watching numerous times. If you have never seen it, do it now. It’s worth your viewing.

This movie is awesome! they did a greet job. Watched it for a leadership class and talked about the changes of leadership traits characters had.

I bought it because it has been talked about and it did not disappoint. Going through all 6 BluRay discs in one sitting is really worthwhile. Viewing it in FHD adds to the grit and grind of the action. This is truly a remarkable addition to my collection.

"Band of Brothers" tells the story about a unit of US paratroopers during WWII. The acting are superb and it actually used more explosives than the another great WWII movie "Saving Private Ryan". If you are interested in military history, this movie is for you.

The product & price are as advertised. BAND OF BROTHERS is a classic. I hadn't seen it since it was first broadcast & wanted to view it again. And Best Buy had (as usual) the best price on it. Shipping was free & arrived in three days!

It's amazing how no matter if it is the big screen or small Spielberg's overall vision and storytelling are second to none. A powerful cast of young and veteran chartcter actors guide us through the lives of some of the bravest soldiers ever to defend our country.

One of, if not THE best movies depicting the events of what our military endured during World War 2. This should be required viewing in every school. All around it is VERY well done.

I bought this collection from Best Buy to upgrade to Blu-ray from standard DVD's! The price was unbeatable with free shipping! Any history buff would enjoy this set regarding WWII in Europe! Both picture and sound is superior! Highly recommend!

One of the best war shows ever made and it looks fantastic on Blu-ray. It’s also a bonus that this release includes a digital copy that you can redeem on iTunes or VUDU.

This mini-series still stands the test of time an is destined to be a classic WWII tale if not already. On Blu-Ray is the only way to watch and the option for iTunes (preferred) or UltraViolet (which I can't stand) are available for digital download.
