This camera gives a nice view of what's behind our tow vehicle. Very useful when hooking up to our trailers. The install was simple, for me. Others may be inclined to us Geek Squad for the install. The camera paired immediately with our Garmin Dezl. We've just purchased another camera to install on our enclosed trailer, to pair with the Dezl and make parking that trailer a little easier.

Installed camera by the licience plate on my work van great for backing up into driveways. Nice clear picture!

I love this item when it works. Unfortunately I have had it worked on 2 times with issues and still not working 100%. Taking it in for a 3rd time. Does not always work when backing up. Best during the day, hard to see at night with the glare. In wet conditions is it useless.

The Garman backup camera works great with my Garman nuvi GPS. I had it installed by Best Buy and now the camera is shown on the GPS screen everytime I go into reverse (it's powered by the backup lights). Very happy. The camera lens needs to be cleaned once every few weeks or the image will get cloudy. I plan to buy another for my wife's car.

I initially installed the transmitter in the tail light. It worked well enough, but picture quality was better once I moved the transmitter into the cab. Farming extension cable was way too long at 50 feet. It would also be nice if the power wires were part of the video cable.

I've wanted a backup camera on my vehicle and since it didn't come as factory installed, decided to go cheaper route and pair with my GPS device.

My first choice was a back up camera that worked through a replacement rear view mirror. However, F-150 windshields have a nasty habit of breaking when you try to remove the factory installed mirror, so I ended up buying a new Garmin GPS and this camera. Had the geek squad install, and I'm pleased with both the camera and the installation. Works great, camera takes about a second to kick in once you shift into reverse. No issues with Bluetooth connectivity, gives full rear view coverage. Well worth the money spent.

This unit has a better than average video quality. Pricing is good. Would highly recommend professional installation. I notice the time from putting the car in reverse to when you get a picture is slower than OEM, but is acceptable. Would recommend this unit.

While the camera gives me the view behind me I hoped for, it is important to keep in mind that objects are considerably closer than they appear in the camera and it is still imperative to look around and not rely just on the camera.

Great camera, very easy to hook up. One screen for aftermarket GPS and backup camera, it's perfect. The camera is plug and play, no pairing necessary.

I found the Back-Up camera to be well documented, easy to install, and it works in perfect harmony with the compatible Garmin GPS I also purchased at Best Buy. The camera has very easy features to adjust distance from the bumper. I set the wide-angle width adjustments to match my mirrors. It has reasonable clarity even when using only my vehicle's back-up lights. Although I wish it had better clarity (which would cost more to invest), it does the job and lets me back out of tight parking spots with much more confidence because I can see parking lot traffic better. For practical reasons, i chose to limit the view range to about 50 feet because I pointed its lens down to actually let me see my rear bumper and set 2-inch, 2-foot, and 4-foot markers. No problems with wifi connections if you use the power cable supplied with the camera. Garage parking, backing in or out, is much safer. I called my auto insurance agent to see if it might be considered a safety add-on, but the camera provides no policy benefits. My friends who have traveled with me since purchasing it now talk about getting one too. I will never have a vehicle without the back-up camera features now that I've discovered this safety tool.

Placed this on the back of our motor home. It was easy to install and interfaces with our Garman GPS. This makes easier to hitch up the trailer and back into campsites. It has a nice clear picture and wide angle view.
