This was exactly the item I was looking for to help me do my daily tasks on the computer. The only problem is I need help installing the product from my internet provider and they refuse to help me without charging me for it. The company is Spectrum, so I will be switching internet companies.

I bought this for my not so tech savvy parents, and although I did set it up for them, they have had no issues and actually saved money on mobile data.

I replaced an older router with a new more "modern" piece of equipment, and it doesn't even cover all areas of our house!! Not real happy with the new router...

My wi-fi kept shutting down and I lost internet. I had an old router so i thought that was my problem.I researched the Belkin on line and read reviews from other buyers and decided it was my best choice. I picked it up , brought it home and replaced my old one and haven't had a problem since.

knew we needed this, but was unsure how to install. had a few rough days till everything was completed. store staff was confused also, so i didnot feel as bad!

the idea is great but this is my second one and they really don't help like I thought. My high speed internet is 30mbs at the modem and 10mps from this device

Our 11+ year router was on the fritz, so we wanted to buy a router that was under $60. This one fit the bill and gives us three network options - a secure network, a streaming media network, and a guest network that doesn't require a password. It's nice having that option.

Nothing different than my older one, about the same range, I'm sure the speed is a little faster but can't notice much.

Good "higher-end" router for a good price. The only problem is it sometimes does not reach to the end of my house.

This is my 3rd BELKIN ROUTER.This device gets easier as the brand expands. I love the ease of acess to setting and secutity, from.my phone IPad or cell phone.

I went to Best Buy thinking I was going to buy an Asus router. But then I saw this Belkin 802.11ac router for only $89! I thought, "Why not?" It's got a usb port for an external device (my printer is hooked up to it). It's got excellent range throughout my 2200 square foot home. The signal is strong even outside in my back yard! It's dual-band, meaning I can have my PS3 on one band and other devices on another. There's also a guest network so guests can use your wifi without knowing your password. It can also give more priority to gaming and video when multiple devices are running to make sure there are no hiccups in your games or movies (IntelliStream QOS) but must be set up after installation (easy). One more nice touch is the username/password written on a small card underneath the router so you never forget it (of course you can change that if you want). Setup is truly a breeze. Plug the thing in. Follow a couple easy steps. Name your network the same as your old one and you're done. All devices are already up and running without any further configuration. No installation CD . . . nothing. Just plug it in and go. Further, setting up additional features is easy. Just type in "router" into your browser address bar and the router configuration page comes up. Then you can enable IntelliStream, rename your network, put in new passcodes, etc. I did call support the day after I bought it because my PS3 wouldn't hook up to the 5GHz network. My call was answered within about two minutes and the technician was very knowledgeable and helped me set up the router a bit more efficiently for my PS3. I found out that my PS3 won't work with the 5GHz band. That's fine. The 2.4GHz band is faster anyway. So that's a PS3 issue, not a Belkin issue. Overall I'm very pleased with this router, especially for the price. I can't say anything about its longevity as I just bought it yesterday. But so far it blows my old router out of the water. Oh, and that reminds me . . . I got 10Mbps (download speeds) on my ipad with my old router. Now I'm getting 20. I was getting 12Mbps on my laptop, and now 21Mbps. My wired computer gets about 24.
