Stopped working and can’t return :(

I asked her what she thought about it and she said "honestly I haven't thought about it all." If she had issues with it it would be frustrating her.

It runs a little warm, but it does the job. Also, there is a sticker it ships with alerting you to download silicon motion drivers before using it. That could be a problem for anyone who needs approval from the “powers that be” before installing the drivers.
