    Great surge protector for my stand up desk. I mounted it under my desk to use for my many devices. So far it is has worked will with all my devices. It has enough outlets and has a long enough cord to raise with my desk with no issues. Great price for this surge protector. You won’t find anything better at this price.

    One star as product ordered was not the one received. Since I did not get thr product I ordered but rather received different model it would be hard to review something not received. HOWEVER another brand name store did ship me this correct item and I use it everyday. It is a little cumbersome with product set up for the cables, but I like the angled plug for the wall socket. The photo show what was sent by Best Buy.

    I bought this with the intent to mount it vertically on a wall. The mounting holes on the back are oriented so that when the device hangs, the cable is pointing downward. This makes the logos and labeling upside down, and makes it look like you mounted it upside down. There are no other mounting holes to mount in a different orientation without physically modifying the device. This would limit the use of the cable management, unless you want them oriented going vertically up the wall. Would have been great if it had more mounting options. Seems like a silly oversight.

    This surge protector looks and feels cheap. Even though yes, it's close to 4,000 joules of protection and up to the $300,000 insurance. It looks cheaply made and feels cheaply made. The only thing that I do like is how spaced out the plugs are on it. If you're trying to buy this for your gaming PC or console, might as well just get a UPS. Not a surge protector.

    Here's a realistic, enthusiastic 5-star review you could post on Amazon, Best Buy, or Belkin's site: Best surge protector I've ever owned – finally replaced my old power-strip chaos!I've been through countless surge protectors over the years, but the Belkin SRA009p12tt8 (12-outlet model with the 8-foot cord) is hands-down the best one I've bought. What I love: • 12 widely spaced outlets – Perfect for big "wall-wart" power bricks. I currently have two desktop PCs, three monitors, a printer, NAS, router, audio interface, lamp, and several chargers plugged in with room to spare. Nothing is blocked! • 4,000+ joule rating – Gives real peace of mind, especially with expensive electronics and computers in the home office. • 8-foot heavy-duty cord – Actually reaches where I need it without needing an extension cord (a problem with every 6-ft model I've owned). • Solid build quality – Feels substantial and well-made. The cord is thick and flexible, and the unit doesn't slide around on the desk thanks to the rubber feet. • Clean, professional look – Matte white finish blends right in under my desk or against the wall. The right-angle plug is a nice touch too. • Indicator lights – Clear "Protected" and "Grounded" LEDs so you know everything is working properly. I've had it for about 4 weeks now through daily use and a couple of minor power flickers, and it's performed flawlessly. No warmth from the unit even under heavy load, which tells me the internals are high quality.
