Makes excellent coffee. Very easy to use! Very attractive on kitchen counter.

Had to replace percolater that finally bit the dust after 50 years...lol. Wasn't sure what to buy as a replacement since so many different types of coffee makers are available. Glad I bought this. Yes it's inexpensive but coffee is good and Hot.

Very affordable! Good design! I was looking for a similar product from various stores and I finally settled for this one for ease of use and price. Just wish the time indicator was a little bit bigger than advertised because it is difficult to see the screen contents.

Does what it is supposed to and I like it has a reusable filter. Only thing is I wish that we could just flip switch and start brewing.

This Bella 12-cup programmable coffee maker is doing a good job at a great sale price. Coffee brews quickly and is very hot. Coffee stays very hot until automatic 2 hr cut off kicks in. I haven't used auto-program because I unplug coffee maker after each use, as I do all small appliances and I don't want to reset the clock daily, but this is no issue. The only issue I have with the coffee maker is water runs down the backside every time top is opened and I suspect this is because water tank is not seperated from brew basket and for this reason I held back on giving 5 stars.

This is a great coffee maker, and of course we have used it every morning since receiving it. Easy to use, easy to clean, makes a delicious hot cup of coffee. Also love the blue color - have never had that option before!

Decent coffee maker, does its job. Heats up quickly, keeps the coffee warm. It opens enough that pouring the water into it is easy to do without spilling. I'm not a big fan of the display lights, but it's not a big problem.

So far this is working well. The instructions are a little weird. They tell you how to set the clock and set the program to brew at a particular time, but they also say to unplug the unit when not in use. WHICH IS IT, BELLA!?! Another odd thing is that the clock signifies AM by use of a green light, but use of PM by use of a *red* light. Typically an appliance with a red light on means something is amiss. Anyway, it reliably brews a decent cup of coffee, and I'll give it that. If it lasts a few years, it will have been a good buy.

I had a smaller Bella coffee maker, and donated it to a friend who recently moved. I decided to buy myself a bigger version since the the smaller version was not in stock anymore. I love this coffee maker. It runs well. I like that the coffee filter is washable.

These are great coffee makers. We got this one to back up our 14 cup Salton. They both appear to be the same design. Good coffee, easy to fill, no leaks for first cup and coffee filter never folds over with the spray head. The glass carafe is way preferable to the two piece designs that often leak at the seam.

We had tried other coffee makers and found Bella. We're very impressed with the ease of use and the quality of the coffee maker. The automatic timer is very easy to use and the automatic shut off really gives you comfort. Overall an out standing value and the best coffee maker we've ever had.

Excellent product and can't beat the price. The directions don't tell you the obvious though, which is if you just want to brew a pot, you have to hit the upper right hand button only once. Comes with reusable basket style filter. I cringe at how much I've spent on coffee makers I've liked less.

It's easy to use and clean and capacity is just right for me, I don't program head of time, it's extra feature if you needed it. I will recommend this to coffee lovers.

I like the size don't take up too much space for being a 12 cup coffee maker. Comes with a filter screen basket so there's no need to buy filters.

Great unit that we have used for over a year. No need to ever think of spending more on any other coffee maker. Does a great job brewing very smooth coffee. Has all the programming options. Easy to clean and easy to pour the water into the coffee maker reservoir.

I've been using this Bella coffee maker for almost a month and so far I am very satisfied. I have not used the programming feature, but as a basic coffee maker this works very well. The carafe is maybe the best I've ever used - it pours easily and doesn't drip or dribble. I also like the fact that this machine uses basket filters, which are cheap and easy to find. You can spend a lot more and get more features, but if you're looking for a good, basic coffee maker, this is one to consider.
