Makes great waffles, fits everywhere and looks nice

This iron makes really good waffles and they don’t stick! Simple and light on features, the waffle iron gets very hot. This is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to spend a ton of money, great value.

Beautiful waffle maker. Very sturdy and designed to be placed away after every use with ease. It cooked perfect waffle for breakfast and it came out the same great look and taste every time.

I discovered this while looking for a rotating waffle maker. Decided to try it based on the high review ratings and favorable price point. After making many waffles, I can easily say a different rotating model with a dedicated handle is preferred.  Positives Price point when on sale Nice finish in appealing colors Could possibly be stored in a drawer Area to wrap/store cord for storage Negatives (for me) Greater risk of touching hot surfaces This unit has a tiny grab handle used to flip/open. Except for it, the outside of the unit gets hot while cooking so it isn't as easy to flip or open without accidentally touching a hot surface or putting your hand into steam when compared to a rotating one with a longer dedicated handle. Subpar taste/texture of waffles Even after discarding the first waffle per the included instructions, the waffles made after tasted "off' when compared to when they are made in a 10+ year old basic Farberware rotating waffle maker.  While the waffles in this were golden brown, they have the taste/texture of a pancake in a waffle shape vs the taste and texture of the waffles made in that Farberware or waffles ordered at a restaurant.  Since neither this nor the Farberware has an adjustable heating/browning setting and all were cooked with the same box mix and without adding oil to the plates, I can only guess the Farberware cooks at a different temperature which makes the difference. Concern it will damage the countertop Since the exterior of the unit gets hot and rests close to the countertop while cooking, I have concerns it could damage the countertop. The exterior may not be hot enough to cause damage, however I didn't want to risk it. Uses a larger footprint while cooking Compared to a rotating one, this requires much more counter space when cooking due to the need to flip the entire unit side to side. Storage I think this is almost as wide as that rotating Farberware when the latter is stored on a shelf with cooking plates rotated vertically and the catch tray is stored on its side. This one would work better if it needed to be stored in a drawer or if there is limited height on a shelf. I'll be looking for a rotating one to replace this, even at a higher price point.

If you like making waffles, this is a great waffle maker for that. It heats up fast and is easy to clean. No need to mess with a temperature gauge; it just heats to the correct temperature, and the light turns on when it's ready.

First time using it was pretty good! I reccomend letting it heat up. The second and third ones were much tastier and done quicker. Cleans up easily and storage is easy in our little apartment !

Overall impress with the quality, non-sticking ,space saver with the slim upright feature and the quickness of being cook resulting delicious golden brown Belgian waffles.

I love it! It’s easy to use, works great, and the size is perfect. Just wish the body was a bit stronger, but overall it’s really nice!

I don't know if it's me or I have a defective product, but I have difficulty transitioning this griddle from the standing, locked position to the sitting position. For making waffles, it is fantastic! Easy to operate (except for converting it from the standing to flat position) and clean!

I admit it, I fell for the hype of these adorable Bella products. The colors are so cute, and I love the idea that this Bella line saves space. But so far I am not impressed with the twi Bella products I have purchased for myself. I have this waffle iron, and it’s become evident to me that this line of appliances is really meant to appeal to college kids and young adults who are moving into their first rental home. The most important part about this line is the cuteness and the space saving. Quality and results are an afterthought. Do they work? Yes. But they don’t work well. There are at least two issues with this product: First issue: this waffle iron stands up for storage, to save space, but unless you have a slim place to set it where it is supported on either aide, it is wobbly and will fall over. So you’re better off storing it flat, which totally negates it’s space saving feature. Second issue: You cannot adjust the temperature of this waffle iron, it is one temp only. This makes it difficult to achieve that perfect waffle texture, which in my opinion, and that of many others, is fluffy on the inside and just a little bit crispy on the outside. Every single one of the waffles my husband and I have made in this come out soggy, even if you cook them for an extended period of time. Pros: Cute colors, easy to clean, affordable. Bottom line: it you are on a budget and simply want a waffle maker that looks cute and cooks a simple, slightly soggy waffle to shove into your mouth hole while home between college classes or after a crazy night out, this will do fine for you. But if you want a waffle iron that cooks an amazing waffle, look elsewhere.
