I am very pleased with this cleaner; very quiet, cleans well.

First, let me start by saying I do like this product. We have 5 kids and they have broke @ least 7 regular stick mops in a year. We decided to try this instead of a regular mop. Pros: *It is easy assembly taking it out the box. *Comes with 4 pads. *Easy use. (My 7 year old can operate it) *Simple cleaning the pads. (Can hand rinse or machine wash) *Conserves cleaning solution (uses a trigger to expel solution). *Comes with 2 small bottles of cleaning solution. *Scrubbing pads (cloth with crosses of scrubbing material). *Cleans under the edges of appliances. *Good product for the price. Cons: *Doesn't clean corners of the floor. *Pads are thick so need a lot of solution to dampen them to clean the floor. Makes cleaning time longer *Doesn't get grout lines clean. (Still have to get down & use a scrub brush to get to them. *Scrubbing power isn't as great as I thought it would be with 2 rotating pads. I don't know for certain, but I suspect the motor to spin the pads will probably not last long if they are rotating and you are pushing the machine against the direction they are going.

I just love this machine. It does it’s job, easy to use. Cleans my floors nicely.

I use this cleaner for my tile floor. It's much faster and does better than mopping. It doesn't scrub the grout. For that a more heavy duty scrubber would be needed. I think that this Bissell SpinWave would be great used on hardwood floors rather than tile and grout.

I am in LOVE with this item. I have a bad shoulder and usually dread doing my floors. I have all hardwoods on the bottom floor of my house. I have a steam mop and it has been ok but found that I have to go really slow and let the steam do its work. Other mops I have to use pressure to really clean. This came this week, I used it today for the first time & was amazed at the ease of it and the results. I used the multi purpose cleaner that came with it. I ordered the wood floor cleaner and cannot wait to try that as well. My floors have never looked better. I would positively recommend this to anyone!

Works great, does just what it's supposed to. Easy to handle, has a swivel head so it's easy to turn. My 10 year old daughter loves using it. We have hardwood floors throughout the house, so this gets used a LOT. Pads are easy to get on and off and are easy to clean, just throw in the washer then the dryer.

We bought a Florida bungalow that needs work. The yard is just dirty sand and we have been digging trees and bushes up to make even more dirt and sand. The brown/black dust is getting everywhere and dulling the polyurethane coated hardwood. The 90 year old floors weren't looking their best. We tried this mop and it does a great job. Damp mopping wasn't getting it done and the Swiffer was no better. We're happy with the results and it is a pleasure to use this machine as it floats so easily across the floor. Pads get dirty but they're washable which beats disposable (like Swiffer) in our book.

This spinwave floor cleaner is just what I needed. I have hardwood floors and a 107 lb yellow lab and somehow he keeps slobbering on the floor. This cleaner is quick and efficient. We were using the shark floor steamer, but this spinwave blow it away.

I purchased this item because I wanted a lazy way to clean my floor and that I did get. It almost moves by itself!!! It does an amazing job and afterwards, I throw the pads into the washing machine on a delicate warm cycle and they're ready for use again. We have 3 English bulldogs so there was a lot of slobber on my floors....not anymore. My daughters husband was watching our dogs while we were on vacation and used it a few times and absolutely loved it, so I bought him one as a thank you gift and hes over the moon.

As someone who hates mopping, I had to have this product! It's lightweight, come with two sets of machine washable scrubbing pads, and has a built in holder for the floor cleaner. I have used both sets of scrubbing pads and haven't noticed a difference but my floors haven't been that dirty yet. This is a great tool for people with back or shoulder problems as the machine does all the work. The two front pads rotate and push themselves. All the user has to do is guide it in the right direction and push the button to spray. I plan on purchasing one for a relative for Christmas!

This does a great job cleaning hardwood floors. It comes with two small bottles of the cleaning solution to get you started! Saves a lot of time and work from getting down to scrub the floors.

I used it to clean out home when we first moved in the people before us had left the floors a mess they were really sticky and dirty and this product did a great job cleaning it

This product is excellent. It turned my very ugly looking vinyl floor to super clean and shiny. For scrubbing I used kitchen scrubbers and sew it underneath the pads and it worked great. This machine in less than $100 does the work of commercial scrubbing machine. I used baking soda and vinegar ( to avoid harsh chemicals) and my floor became spotless.

Nice machine. Quiet. Moves itself. Cleans nicely. Only wish it had some stronger scrubbing pads, for tougher jobs.

We found this mop very easy to use and it has helped us with our cleaning of the kitchen. We found it to reduce our cleaning time. We Highly Recommend this product.

My wife wasn't sure this would work, but it does a great job cleaning our floors with really no effort. If you mop you should do it with this.

Keeps my wood flooring shining and smudge-free. Does a great job on ceramic tile, wood, and laminate flooring. Very Happy with this product.
