    I've owned some expensive coffee makers and they always seem to break or mess up shortly after purchase. This coffee maker as been the best purchase so far.

    Hate this product. The coffee maker overheats and does not sense when water has run through. It was cheap and acts cheap. Wish I had kept the original packaging. I just ordered a different coffee maker on Amazon.

    I like my coffee strong. I can only get acceptable strength at 7-8 cups. Good quality for the price and probably good for most people though

    It brews your coffee. No filter available for this machine. If you want a spare for your rental property or college student, this is ok.

    Cheap for a reason

    These are only $20 for a reason, they are very poorly made. The first one I got wouldn't pump water. The manual says to contact them and not return the product to the store where you bought it. After explaining the issue, they agreed to ship me a new one, all I had to do was send them $8 for shipping and handling. That is almost half of what I paid for it to begin with, I told them that was ridiculous. They agreed to waive the fees and sent me a new one. So, if you buy one of these, after it doesn't work, tell them to ship you a new one and that you aren't going to pay the shipping and handling fees.

    Lid doesn't sit/close correctly during brewing. This causes the water to back up in the coffee grinds, due to the valve not opening all the way; allowing the flow into the coffee pot. In essence, this causes overflow of water/coffee grinds to spew over into the coffee pot. Now you have coffee grinds in your coffee.....

    I bought one of these and about ten days later it just stopped working. I traded it in and the replacement seems to be working fine. I do not like the way the basket sits above the carafe it wobbles. But I guess if you want just a simple coffee maker this is what you must buy.

    Purchased on July 27, 2019, and it died in November 13, 2019. Previous to it's demise, the water reservoir started leaking!
