    The toaster works just fine for a basic toaster. My 2 biggest complaints are: 1) it does not have a hook that pulls out the rack when you open the toaster door (I have had that in the past and it makes it much easier to remove hot food). 2) when toasting, some condensation builds up in part of the glass door.

    It’s good but slow. The oven takes some time to heat up and you come probably toast your bread on a pan much faster.

    Items in the back burn so uneven heating. Poor quality, no what I am used to with a Black and Decker product. Already have it boxed up to return.

    I bought this for my roomie. It is nice looking, compact but she said it wasn't as powerful as the one that we set aside just to have a new one. That one too is a B and D bought in 2012, 6 slice with fan, 4 heating rods, 1350 Watts, and is still running though not looking as clean and new anymore. So back to the spot on the counter it went and I returned the smaller one. I do need somewhat power to thoroughly cook chicken pot pies, and other meat containing foods. Even in the old oven it took almost 45 mins to cook them even with the higher wattage. Plus the door did not shut flush on one side and seems to be a problem on most brands of countertop ovens. I may keep looking for a higher grade B and D.

    This is the worst ever toaster oven. My previous one lasted 20 years. Got this in December and this weekend it just stopped working. Wasted money!!!
