The coffee tastes great either brew or pod. Best option in this price range with these features.

We needed a coffee maker that would make coffee by the cup or a pot.This does both very well.

My Wife and I wanted to like this Coffee Maker so much but unfortunately it just didn't happen. This looks so cool until you own it, just disappointed in its feel, quality of build and lack of functionality. Also made a loud ticking noise during and after brewing. Took it back then bought the Ninja Coffee System which is amazing.

This item wan not even close to meeting our expections. We returned it to the store.

Replaced keurig with this in order to have pot option. Turns out this is not an option because those that want to use kcups can't when pot is in use or water diverts to pot ruining pot coffee. This would be a good device for shut in or person on desert island not multiple users.

The coffee pot is fine, except I wish it was programmable. The single serve works with k-cups but when using your own grounds the lid doesn't lock so you end up with grounds in your coffee. I would return it if I had the box. Not a great deal for the money.

Be careful when buying this product after about a month of use it started flashing lights now it only makes a 8 ounce cup of coffee or a full pot

I originally purchased this machine in December 2015. In 10.5 months I've already gone through two of these machines and just contacted the manufacture about getting a third machine. The single side keeps going out. The first time it was the pump, this time it is the heating.

This coffee maker does K-Cups and it also comes with an adapter that goes in place of the K-Cup adapter so you can use your own grounds for a single cup serving. Unit has a great choice of serving sizes which should work with any cup size you may have up to 20 oz. Comes with a 20oz stainless carafe for that morning commute which keeps your coffee nice and hot for over an hour plus verified!! Both the single serving K-Cups and the Pot come out really nice and hot. I use cream in my coffee and it's very important to me that the coffee be really hot so it doesn't turn luke warm after adding the cream. The only thing I would have liked to have seen in the box was a permanent coffee filter basket for the pot side. It uses the triangular shaped basket so be sure to pick one up because triangular shaped paper filters aren't that common at all stores. True it has no clock or programming features but never used it on any coffee maker I have owned so don't feel it's a reason to gig a other wise really nice well thought out coffee maker. It's the same price as those single serving makers and does a pot of coffee as well as those single servings and does it all really well. If your in the market for a new coffee maker this should fit the bill nicely without breaking the bank!!

Bought this Black & Decker coffee maker on order, it arrived yesterday on the 23rd. There are so many bits and bobs about this coffee maker that lets you take off most of the peripherals including the reservoir for easy cleaning and refilling the water. Out of the box, the manual had great cleaning instructions that left no plastic taste in your coffee and can fill your mug up to a perfect amount using the size options. I've been using the Hamilton Beach coffee maker that this product is a direct competition to. It ended up breaking every other month or so and had to keep taking it back. However now that it isn't the only coffee maker on the market that can do ground & keurig with both single and carafe options, I'm never going back to that. The Black & Decker machine feels much better built and has easy instructions on descaling, allowing you to much more easily care for your coffee machine. The coffee comes out hot, at a perfect amount, and heats the water much faster than its competitor. Overall, I'd say this is a definite win for Black & Decker - if you're looking for a good coffee machine that can do grounds or kcup on single serving with a carafe option, this is the coffee maker for you.

Worked good for seven months and now single serve side only gives partial cup of coffee and water leaks from inside of machine going all over counter and floor. Leak started when I did the self clean cycle and now happens when making coffee.

Bought this and single serve did not brew. Exchanged for a new one which had the same issue. Maybe black and decker should stick to power tools. Did not buy a third.

Making too many holes on K pods making it taste like coffee sediments. Using the carafe is fine but for a hundred dollars to just use a carafe is too much!
