I bought this as a replacement for the Hamilton Beach Brew Station that I had for about 2years that stopped working. There aren't very many brands that have all three functions,I researched and read the reviews and I loved the style of the coffee maker it works great!

I like this coffee maker in general as it's nice to be able to make a full pot of coffee, just use hot water on single serve side for making hot cocoa, and having K-cup single serve also and having several choices of ounce sizes for single cups is great option.. I like the removable reservoir for filling water. Downside is you can not use full pot side at same time as single serve side as you need to shut off full pot side in order to make single cup so that means coffee pot warmer shuts off also. Also, it would be nice if it was programmable so you can already have pot of coffee ready when you get up in morning!

This coffeemaker is convenient to use. Nice to have the option of either k-cup or a pot of coffee. However, you can't make both a pot of coffee and have a k-cup. Having a common fill tank is a bit irritating.

The ability to brew a smaller serving without spending money on one-shot coffee cups is a welcome feature.

I make coffee at a minimum once a week. Works perfectly and is easy to use. Haven't used the K-Cup side that often to really give a review on that. But I would recommend this to anyone looking for a coffee maker.

This coffee pot is excellent for home use and works good for an office with a small number of people. We have 8-10 people in the office and it is good because some like flavored coffee and they can use the individual cup area and some like more and quicker so they use the large coffee pot.

Great product and very easy to use and to maintain

The black and decker dual brew coffee maker makes my life so much easier. Perfect for whwb you only a little or alot! My only complaint is that you there is not option for a bold/robust coffee in thw single brew side!

You get the best of both worlds. We can brew a pot or just a mug.

After using this coffee maker, I found it to be satisfying for different ways it can make coffee. Using the pods takes a little hunting to get the coffee pods you might like or you can use your own ground coffee and use the carafe or the universal pod. It is nice for the choices. I found the lids that close up top of the coffee maker to be a bit flimsy but not overly. I wish it wasn't so expensive but still a decent machine.

Works well for both regular pot of coffee as well as k cup. The k cup takes experimenting with the water. We used the k cup with the k cup for the soups also. The coffee brews at a good rate and is hot.

This is a nice product that offers the capability to make single cups or full pot of coffee.

So far so good Coffee maker let's you know it's time to descale. I only put in filtered water and clean it well after each use but it is already telling me to clean it Nice hot coffee quick

Pretty great product. Not everything I was looking for but after looking at the other similar products out there I feel this is probably the best one. The biggest con is it took a while to get rid of the plasticy taste. I almost returned it because of this. but after cleaning it and running it several times it seems to be gone.

I have options to choose from especially the travel mug sizes. It makes so much easier to use. I was so glad Best Buy carried it! I was lucky enough it was on sale. So far I really like it!

Nice to have the Keurig type one cup option in addition to the regular brewing system. Good design/display for selecting amount and strength of brew. Brewing system itself seems efficient. One negative is that you have to remove the reservoir cover off to fill with water; would prefer it could lift and stay attached. Otherwise, lots of nice features for the price

After returning other makers coffee pot. I tried this one. I'm so happy I return the other one. This is a great coffee maker.

This coffe maker is GREATER than great!!! It makes the coffe as neat as it can be. And makes my mornings happy while it develops the aromatic coffe structure scents.

I bought this to have a single cup for myself or a pot for when I have company. It's performed beautifully and have not had a single issue. Well worth the price.

Versatile coffee maker. It is a little slow on the kcup side but I assume this is because it heats up the water hotter than a typical kuerig machine.
