However, I have spotty luck with trying to make phonecalls at best. Most people tell me that my audio is real low and nothing I've done seems to fix that.

The back camera is not working at all , i believe it is not connected Also at the time it take pictures , always the picture get inverted

Any GPS I tried reported my location as being the next street over. I took it back.

Speakers are low the phone itself has an issue with volume..it drives me crazy

I loved my fist blu phone this one was terrible. Running ads on the lock screen and then popup advertisements you can't block or stop from happening drove me insane. I used the phone less then 3 weeks. I couldn't read a text message without closing out at least 2 ads every time. Gave up decided to go buy a different phone

Phone is nice and big. But freezer up a lot. Will not buy another one.

I returned this phone but have not received my refund!!! The phone got the bad rating, but the salesman wasn't very good. The sales lady gets a much higher rating. She was knowledgeable and pleasant.

$120 is A LOT of money in my household. This is my first new phone in 2.5 years and I put a lot of research into this purchase before I made it. I think I chose well. I opened the box, put the sim in it and off we went. Navigation is tricky but the phone provides instructions right about the time you're scratching your head. I've found that pictures aren't spectacular but they're good. They're at least 13mp good in my opinion. The battery is a work horse but it also takes 4EVA to charge. I'm about three hours into the web and have 83% battery left. The XL2 is pretty fast. Much faster than I expected. It's load time is much better than I expected even after I piled all of my junk and 200+ photos in it via SD. The screen is really nice. It's much bigger than I expected and I'm not having any issues with it's sensitivity. The only things I can find to complain about is my inability to change the background. That purple pixelated wallpaper seems to be all you get. It has settings to change "wallpaper" but when you change it only the lock screen changes. Surely it says something that this is my biggest complaint. This phone replaced a much loved LG Optimus L90.I feel as though I got exactly what I wanted in this phone and then some.

Phone lasted less than a month ... No damage to phone just went black and won't power on
