I have tried other OTA dvr's but the Tivo has the best tuner. Doesn't degrade the signal. 100% satisfied. Also if you have to use cable video to get a better price on the internet this box is a huge improvement over the cable provided box.

stop throwing your $$ at TWC. Have owned TiVo for 11 years, the old unit is in bdrm, this new unit in living rm. TiVo CS is superior to any, go to their web site for info. Your only cost for TWC connection is cable card for $2.50 mo. per unit. No other equipment frm TWC needed.

Saw the device on amazon for cheaper, went to Best Buy and they matched it. You have to pay about 12/mo for tivo service and then 7/mo for comcast cable card. It works great and the HD channels come in clear. You can even control the device from the App on your phone!

I haven't got the full potential of my Tivo. Unfortunately I believe the cable card is bad. A tech isn't coming over until the 20th.The TV shows would not completely down load. So my review Is based on partial ability of the Tivo.

Went from having expensive satellite to cable to reduce costs. With the Tivo, there is also the option to drop cable and just use an HD antenna to pull in local channels. Also simplified the entertainment center since the Tivo has Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Tivo allows us to record several shows using an antenna (we get 29 of them) at the same time and watch them when We're ready. Plus, I skip commercials with a single push of the green "d" button. We stream programs with the Tivo also on Netflix and many others.

Tivo is awesome . Easy to hookup and use. Mine is used with an antenna only and no problems. Skip feature for commercials is especially nice and works as advertised (recorded prime time shows)

This is my third Tivo and my first after a long absence. Welcome Home Tivo! All the great features I remember with a ton of modern app streaming options, plus the addition of my two Tivo minis give me a great home entertainment system

Purchased Tivo VCR rather than repeatedly "buy" server VCR. I was caught between server technical services and the residence wireless cable. Wish I could have been more capable in resolving the problem.

You can watch live TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime all in one login. We are still learning the system, but so far I think it was great buy! And we are loving that we 'cut the cord' from the giant cable bill!

We had a TIVO Roamio OTA but it died so we bought the Bolt. Love it! Was not pleased that Best Buy said they could not fix the older TIVO, even though we had their warranty.

It works beautifully. However, it glitches when I turn on my TV for the first time every day. It flashes for a few minutes before showing the entire picture. Afterward, it works as it should.

This is a good product, but I was mislead to believe that I can record without a membership with TiVo. I believe the associate didn't know himself. However it will do as it is subscribe to do.

It looks great. Can't wait to sto paying rental fees to the cable company. You will need a TiVo subscription for this product and an mini for additional tvs. But it is a good price and you will save in the long run

amazing user interface, very intuitive with tons of features, great form factor doesn't look like a cable box can even be left out though the RF remote lets you hide it while being abel to control it with out sight

If you dont mind paying $15 a month, I highly recommend this DVR, the experience is natural, quick and fluid compare to most other free DVRs that is included with your cable package

I would definitely recommend this product. I have been a TiVo user since 2004, and this unit has it all. Tivos last and so it's a worthwhile investment.

I install these for my clients all the time, best part is adding TiVo mini is a cinch and this has an OTA tuner built in! Save money on your bill in the end and go for this bad boy and a few tivo minis.

We've used Tivo for years and ways loved it. switched to our cable company's DVD for a while but came back to Tivo. So far the Tivo Bolt works great and have no complaints about usage or service
