This box has only 4 tuners and 500GB... Tivo Service is too expensive and I missed the 15 day return policy, so now I am stuck with a $200 paper weight!! The Bolt+ with 6 tuners and 3TB might be worth it but the service is still just too expensive $15/monthly or $550 for lifetime of the box. When the box dies, the lifetime subscription goes to heaven with it.

Tivo is much for user friendly than the dvr that i can rent from my cable provider. The interface is much more appealing looking also.

Worked for two weeks, now black screen, no picture. Spent 58mins on the phone with customer service and they wanted to send a replacement. I told them "thanks but no thanks" returning it this weekend. Yes, I tried two other HDMI cables and a different TV. No joy. By the way, they want $15/mo. to be able to record and view TV on top of your providers cost.

Everything is order - electrical storm equals upgraded TiVO. I suppose you could say we are pleased, it is our third upgrade:)

This is a great DVR but I don't think the monthly fee is worth it.

This TiVo replaced an older model. I love the skip all commercials with one click!

The device is easy to use and trouble free. I especially like the "skip" mode to skip past commercials.

It's fairly reasonably priced and has all the features one could ask for. The only thing better is to buy a smart TV.

Great for just having standard cable and some subscribers you have to use. Worth it save myself about half hundred a month.

Anxious to try it out but still have not connected it up since I just moved in and I've been putting things away.

Had no problem connecting and syncing with my cable company. Love the flexibility to access with iPad or iPhone.

you don't know til after you open box that there is a monthly fee - sales person had little knowledge of product - very difficult to purchase cable card - cable company reluctant to discuss hook-up - local cable company would rent for $2/mo - hardly any instructions - had to search internet TiVO blog site to gain product knowledge -

I really love the ease of set up and I am looking forward to being able to record 4 shows at the same time.

This is the pest product to have all your shows in one place. Easy searches and the "skip" button is fantastic.

Years with this company. Never any issues. Products have last until next upgrade needed.

be sure to talk to customer service and not tech dept when setting up service and account especially if changing devices you will wind up paying for more than one device on your account because they wont take off the old account unless you call them to do so even if you shut it down on your account yourself

UI is excellent. Much better than using cable boxes and you dont have to pay for them.

im still learning all that i can do with tivo and having a good time learning all about it.. easy to use

A great product if you don't have cable. Enables the ability to pause and/or record current programs.
