I was drawn to this dishwasher because of the 3rd rack up top for large utensils which I love. However, the rest of the dishwasher (IMHO) is a nightmare to load. With the exception of the one row that easily accommodates plates in the bottom rack, the rest of it is fairly useless because of the position and angle of the spindles. It is really hard to load pots and over-sized bakeware. The second rack is also a bother because if you want to use 2 rows on both sides for glasses, you can't easily load bowls. The center where bowls should go is way too wide and they flop all over. You can't really put glasses in the middle because it humps up in the middle so your glasses end up getting caught in the upper rack. Again, a nightmare. Additionally, the chemical smell that comes out of the dishwasher after you wash the dishes is disturbing. True, it dissipates after a couple minutes, but it makes me wonder what kind of residue is on my dishes. For someone who is trying to reduce unnatural substances in my environment, this is a troubling thought. If I could do it over, I would have gone with another brand and forget the top rack. I MISS MY KITCHEN AID!

Cleans so well and is incredibly quiet. The third rack is very useful as well as the deep bottom rack, nothing ever gets stuck!

Dishwasher is fantastic. So quiet can't tell it's running except for the light display that shows so you know. Great results.

Dishwasher is very quiet and does great job on the dishes. The red light at the bottom is handy to know when it is running.

Love everything about this dishwasher, it's very quiet, cleans everything so well, and I especially like the quick cycle.

This is quietest dishwasher you will own for the price. There were no promotions offered on the Bosch products so its on the pricey side. However this is a solid dishwasher. Pro: Quite, Sleek, great for household with kids (buttons on the inside), easy to operate. Cons: Price

It's a little early to give 5 stars since we've had new Bosch only couple days but it's doing good job - very quiet and roomy. Only drawback is the shortest cycle seems to be about 90 minutes. This is our 2d Bosch and is replacing one that was 15 years old and still working! - which is our reason for buying another Bosch.

Yep. It's dead quiet. When used with the recommended detergent, dishes come out spotless. Interior of washer is huge, can hold a LOT of stuff. Great rack options, main rack area can be very tall. Only negative comment: wash takes more than two hours, with proper drying, longer. Not a deal breaker for me.

OMG! this is the best dishwasher ever! It's so quiet. Does a great job getting the dishes squeeky clean. Easy to choose the wash cycle you need. The third rack is the bomb for those hard to fit utensils. I'm so glad I chose this dishwasher over all the others. Well worth the price!

Very quiet can barely detect it is running except for red light on the floor. Excellent quality top notch!!

We wanted a quiet, high quality dishwasher and a third rack was essential. This fit the bill. We love the layout of this dishwasher, which holds many more dishes than any dishwasher we had before. Design of the third rack is great. The racks glide smoothly. It's quiet and does a great job cleaning.

I really love this dishwasher, the dishes are super clean and it's very roomy for pots and pans, the upper cutlery (an odd items) shelf is very handy. The only downside is the length of the washing cycles but I will take that given that the dishes are sparkling clean when finished.

Looks great and is quiet, cleans well and I love the third tray for silverware. Able to get more dishes in than my old one.

This dishwasher is so quiet that you can have a conversation standing beside it in a normal volume. We love the three racks, using the top one for silverware and freeing space on the bottom one for larger items. Dishes come out clean, even on the 1-hour cycle. It does develop an odor if the screen filter is not cleaned between uses.

I absolutely love my Bosch dishwasher. Everything always comes out clean & dry. And it's very quiet.

Cleans very well and is very quiet. Cycles may be a little long, but the results are well worth it.

Cleans much better than my old dishwasher. Love the third rack. Extra dry cycle works well, however some plastic items may have water standing. This is actually better than our last dishwasher as well. Only complaint is there is still an oil smell after two weeks. I would give it 5 stars if the smell goes away.

Quietness dishwasher we have ever owned and yes it does clean the dishes very well also. Love it.
