This is a great dishwasher. Heavy duty, gets dishes clean without pre-rinsing. It is extremely quiet. I am glad it has the light that shines on the floor so I know it is running! Could not be happier with the purchase.

This dishwasher is super quiet and works very good. The 3rd rack on the dishwasher comes very handy. Dishes comes out very clean and dry. Best appliance and it’s worth the price. Good investment.

Efficient and quiet. Does everything that is expected. Dishes get clean, always. It's easy to load and unload. Got a good deal from Best Buy which included delivery and installation. Geek squad team was excellent!

Super cleans dishes and does it quietly. We love the organization of the racks. You can fit a lot of dishes on each rack. The 3rd drawer is great for spatulas,bbq tongs and large knives.

I can't say enough good things about this dishwasher. It's easy to load; it's very quiet, and the dishes come out clean, even if it's been a couple of days since they were loaded. I couldn't be more pleased.

Does a fantastic job cleaning the dishes. Wife loves the third rack for knives and other utensils. It’s very quiet. I do wish the display was more informative and the bottom rack could hold taller items

Almost silent. Cleans very well. Third rack is great for silverware. This is the old 800 model which I had at my old house. The new 800 model is unnoticeably quieter by 2-4 decibels and has touch buttons.

It cleans the dishes very well, and ultiimately that's all we care about. Nitpicking items: the dishes don't dry all the way. It beeps every time you shut the door. Large water bottles have to be cleaned on the bottom rack due to size limitations on the top. All in all, it's good.

Always heard great things about Bosch dishwashers. Glad I purchased one. Very quiet when running. Dishes come out sparkling clean. The third shelf is so handy - use it all the time. Thank you Bosch!

So I've had this dishwasher for a few months now. Things to love: lots of space for dishes with adjustable top rack, super quiet, glows red beam on floor when on- with the option to turn off this feature as well as others with the digital controls. Dishes get really clean, but only if you keep filter cleaned often, as well as rinse aid in the machine. Things not to love: dishes don't get totally dry. The stainless shows streaks, dirt & fingerprints. You have to push the start button again if you open it during a cycle for any reason. Kinda pricey, on sale we bought for $770 with free delivery & install. Still no big reasons to hate it!

The best features of this washer are its relatively silent operation, its third rack for lay-flat and small items, its great cleaning capabilities, and that its is a breeze to use.

We love this product for our needs. It does not have a heating element so plastic does not melt. Because of this, plastic sometimes does not dry completely. The dishwasher setting are located on top and need to be pushed before the door shuts. Once it is set, a red light appears on the floor and the display goes black (no countdown). We love the third rack for serving spoons and sippy cup lids. The machine is really powerful and cleans everything, even on the quick setting. Once you get use to the differences it makes the purchase worthwhile.

Love the third tray for silverware. Very silent. Organizing the utensils is easy. Did not change the factory settings yet but the default setting works great. Need to use the rinse aid though.

The Bosch 500 series has worked very well for us. Definitely far superior to the Whirlpool we had before and worth the upgrade. It’s very quiet and we really like using the top 3rd rack for utensils. The 500 also has the smooth gliding pull-out (which the 300 didn’t have), which makes it feel sturdier/easier to slide out. Finally, the adjustable tines in the bottom rack are great for fitting larger plates or other larger items (again, something the 300 and below series that we saw didn’t have). Would recommend going to a Best Buy store to compare Bosch models to see differences/get a feel for which one works best for you.

I read reviews before buying this very quiet very nicely constructed dishwasher. It looks great. I talked with the sales associate prior to purchase about the reviews that stated that the dishwasher doesn't dry dishes and was told that I just needed to press the sanitize button and they would dry. Unfortunately that is not true. It's frustrating to have purchased such a high end dishwasher that doesn't dry my dishes.

Awesome job at cleaning and very quiet. The third drawer is perfect for utensils and larger items like lids and spatulas that normally take up all the top drawer on a two drawer washer.

The Bosch dishwasher is very quiet & cleans dishes very well. I like that 3rd rack on top. It’s taking awhile to find the best ways to load it. Hard to fit cutting boards. Otherwise I like it very much.

Solid setup with the third rack and lots of washing options. Pretty quite, though not completely silent, and cleans well. I do wish the middle row locked into place a little more securely.
