This dishwasher is certainly living up to -- and beyond -- my expectations. Extremely quiet -- it's a good thing there's a light that shines on the floor to let you know it's running, or you might not know at times. Everything comes out clean; what more could you ask for!? Unfortunately, Best Buy and the Geek Squad had very serious issues in the process, which led to a delay of several weeks from the promised delivery date. I was frankly surprised at how they handled it; they clearly don't enable their customer support reps to do the right thing by their customers. If I'd known all the hours and weeks of delay I was facing, I'd have purchased elsewhere.

Our Frigidaire dishwasher came with the house. It plodded along noisily until it was struggling to clean the simplest of dishes. We decided to do some research and get a new dishwasher. All of our research kept pointing us back to the same place, Bosch 800 series. We purchased the dishwasher from Best Buy and we are very pleased with our choice. The dishwasher works quietly. We could actually hear ourselves speak while it ran. Sometimes it's hard to tell it's even on if it weren't for the red light on the bottom. Not only is it quiet but it does a fantastic job getting our dishes clean. Also the layout makes it feel like we have so much more space than our previous dishwasher. I highly recommend getting this. It's a little expensive and there are probably comparable ones for a cheaper cost but we are glad we went with the Bosch 800.

This has been a great addition to our kitchen. It replaced the builder-grade model that was installed orignally and which died after 2 years (dryer coil wouldn't work - replacement didn't work so it was something with the internal circuits). This Bosch has been wonderful. It is so quiet, especially compared to what we had before; used to have to run it at night as it was too loud to use during the day if anyone was going to be visiting. The Bosch runs quiet enough that we forget it even exists; will get just a bit of sound if the stream inside hits a big metal bowl, but otherwise, nearly silent. We had ours installed by Best Buy and it was so much less hassle than I thought it was going to be. Our installer was fast, on-time, and did a great job. No complaints at all on that front.

Very quiet, cleans well, have recommended to others. Extra rack up for silverware is nice.

I really love my new Bosch dishwasher. It is so quiet that you have to look for the red dot on the floor to tell that it is running. It does a super job cleaning the dishes and I found that as long as you use the finish jet dry rinse in conjunction with the cleaning pods you will not have a problem with it drying your dishes. I purchased the black stainless steel finish and it compliments my black stainless steel Samsung refrigerator. I believe the racking system is very versatile and can accommodate a multitude of different size dishes, stemware and utensils. I am very satisfied with this product.

Low noise and cleans the dishes great and good choice of cleaning cycles.

Well built, extra quiet dishwasher. Cleans dishes very well without prerinse. I use the Eco cycle and the dishes are clean and virtually dry when done. Extremely quiet and easy to use. Top knife/ utensil slider shelf is nice.

I’ve had this new dishwasher for about a week, and love it. Some reviews say it doesn’t dry the dishes well, but I’ve not seen that issue at all. Everything is sparkly clean. Love the third rack for little extras. And it is sooo quiet!

Dish Washer has some much room to put dishes due to the 3rd tray holding all the utensils out of the way. Super silent operation. We run the dish washer during our TV watching and did not even know it was on.

My former dishwasher bit the dust, so I was forced to buy another one. Not wanting to deal with the same headaches of my former appliance, I did some research. Bosch came up numerous times and now I know why. This dishwasher is efficient and effective at washing the dishes while also being quite. I have had the dishwasher for about a month now and have had no problems so far. I am a self-admitted dummy when it comes to loading the dishwasher. When I load this dishwasher, I feel like all of the items that I have to wash fit perfectly inside without having to constantly rearrange them.

very quiet washer. does a great job cleaning and drying. top rack is not very user friend esp. with wine glasses because they hit the top rack. so we just removed it and it has worked fine. more room than last washer and much quieter. would buy again

My Samsung dishwasher died after 3 years. Very disappointing. Needed a part that Samsung did not make any more. I have been using the Bosch for about 2 weeks. It cuts washing time by 1 hour. The racks are laid out nicely, The holders work well when the dishes are placed. They don"t fall on each other. It cleans the dishes well. I use the extra dry time feature but there is always a little water. With the third shelf It is impossible to put extra tall cups or glasses. Over all it is a very good dishwasher and why I gave it 4 stars. If it dryed better it would get a 5.

Very very quiet. Very large space to fit big containers. Cleans very well. Top rack (3rd) is great feature. Adjustable second shelf makes large glasses easy to fit. Quick wash and half load work well too.

Less is more. It doesn’t have a heating element or a disposal like some other dishwashers. However, it doesn’t need it. Simply a solid, well working and quite dishwasher. Personally I think those extras are just more items that could fail. This is our second Bosch dishwasher. Only reason for the new one is due to moving. Our prior washer was a Fridgedaire Professional that required a new pump and display panel within the first couple years.

We were in the middle of a remodel when our contractor told us that our old dishwasher would now work with the new countertops. And… the plumber was coming the next day to do the installation! We found this Bosch in stock at Best Buy. We couldn’t have made a better choice if we had spent weeks scouring the internet and reading reviews. It does a great job cleaning the dishes and it is so quiet that the small red light on the floor under the door is the only indication that it is working. The top shelf is perfect for keeping the silverware from rattling around during the wash. About half of the tines on the two large racks fold down to accommodate larger items. This Bosch does a great job at drying the dishes without a heating element at the bottom of the dishwasher.

I decided to go all in on a dishwasher so months of reading reviews and led me to the Bosch 800. It was relatively easy to install and once it was up and running I could not believe how quiet this dishwasher was. I have a small kitchen and the living room is about 15ft away. I forgot the dishwasher was even running until it beeped to tell me it was done 2 hours later. The 3rd rack is 100% worth it and all of the different ways you can configure the other racks is incredible. You can adjust racks and those prong things without even thinking about it. If you’re in need of a new dishwasher and can afford the extra $$ for this - go no further because you have found your dishwasher right here.

We are extremely happy with our recent purchase of the Bosch 800 Series stainless steel dishwasher! It is unbelievably quiet, dishes come out sparkling clean, and it looks great in our kitchen, matching our other appliances!

I was nervous about this dw due to some of the reviews about drying issues but I have had no problem with drying as long as I use the rinse agent that Bosch recommends. This dw does a great job of cleaning dishes even when using the speed setting which is 60 min's. This dw is extremely quiet too. The only issue I have, and it's not a huge deal, is getting used to the touch pad for washing cycles. There's a bit of a sequence that you have to go through each time you run a load. The buttons are so sensitive and you have to listen for a signal to know that your selection has registered (again a very quiet signal) but I feel this is something that I'll adjust to quickly. I'm very happy with this dw so far, it has exceeded expectations

I got this Bosch dishwasher because every review rates Bosch as the best dishwasher for the money. I can confirm it's whisper quiet and the red "working" light is needed because aside from the drain cycle, you can't hear this in operation. I was concerned because so many of the reviews flag drying as an issue. But if you use Rinse Aid then you won't have a problem. Cleaning wise it's AMAZING and it's like my dining and cooking utensils are factory new - didn't realize just how bad my old dishwasher was until I got the Bosch. Word of warning. Best Buy specs say this Dishwasher is app controlled. I was excited by this but it turns out Best Buy is publishing the WRONG specs. This is not an app-controlled dishwasher, no matter what Best Buy try and tell you.
