This printer is excellent. Duplex color printing is quick and good quality at this price point. Toner replacement is expensive but that is to be expected for a color laser printer. I current have 3 of these (2 for my office and one for home), so that should reassure you that it works well.

Great all-in-one printer. Easy to install wirelessly. Toner lasts way longer than ink. Some of the menus can be frustrating to find but once you get it set up you don't have to do much.

Excellent product. Works great. Tried to get Brothers as that is what we have in the office, but they weren't available. These were similar. They are better than the Brother.

A very nice printer. I use a pencil with an eraser to select items on touch screen. Prints fast. Scans can be captured to a flash drive.

Needed a second occasional use printer. Price was right. Easy to set up. Meets all my requirements.

Super easy set up. Prints when asked. I haven’t had to replace toner yet so I’m not sure how difficult a task that will be but so far so good.

The printer works well for my needs, but it is a little loud in operation.

Biggest problem is the touch pad doesn’t work well. It is hit or miss if you are trying to return to the home screen, as there does not seem to be much sensitivity to the touch pad. I usually have to push it 5-10 times to do what I want to do. It prints and scans fine for letter size paper. But it ALWAYS makes you select the paper tray on every print, so printing remotely is not an option. Also when trying to print on legal paper it jams after one page and can’t do duplex on legal. If also misaligned the print (cut off the right side) on legal size. Very frustrated and going to return it.

I grew tired of fussing with my inkjet every time I went to print something. One of the ink tanks was always either empty or dried out, and I would spend 15 minutes of cleaning printheads in order to get my print completed. This is a large footprint for a printer, but I guess that is the tradeoff when you need to house 4 toner cartridges. The duplex scanning was the reason I chose this printer over several other models that were available.

Easy to set up and very good print quality. I also really like the duplex scanning capability.

Received on time. Quite a heavy and awkward box, but then the printer is bigger than I expected. Easy setup. Great OOB experience. Color quality and print quality are very good. Speed is okay to good. Cost of toner cartridges is steep (buying the set is half of what I paid for the printer itself).

I love my laptop and printer. They are both easy to use and set up.

Turned out to be a great printer. Basically with the right tech knowledge, you can do most things an office printing can, including scanning to a network drive - one of my favorite feature.

The copier is fast and print quality is excellent.
