    This is NOT a plug and play unit, beware. Setting up the Scan features can be more than a trial!! Some work around exists if these features are not needed; however the option 'Scan to USB' leaves you with a TIFF file which still needs a convertor. The non-OEM 'How To' is best found on the internet. Other than that the printer works quite well.

    Under no circumstances purchase this Canon product -- maybe any Canon product -- if your office works from a Mac, an M1 Mac in my case. The Canon software support and drivers are awful and my problems are legion running this product from macOS 12. This purchase was a real mistake.

    The color prints stink. After buying a brother that ended up to be black and white when l specifically said l wanted color l brought that back and bought this canon. Yes it is color but very poor color. I wouldn't tell anyone to buy this machine.

    The worse printer I have ever owned.. Its impossible to set up wifi if you don't do it during initial install. The user interface is to complicated for the average user.
