Love how fast it boils water to specific temperature you desire. I’m not a tea drinker, but I can definitely see serious tea drinkers loving the temperature setting option for each type of tea that requires different temperature for the perfect aroma.

I purchased this as a gift for my fiancee and so far we both love it. As someone who uses a French press, it cuts coffee making down to half the time it takes using a stove-top kettle. She also uses it to make tea and the water stays at temp for an hour. Very convenient and a great product.

Works great. Heats water quickly and has the option to maintain the temperature you set. Easy to read temperature LED and auto shutoff. Easy to use and easy to clean.

Boils water fast. I also like how it keeps the temperature setting for an hour even after you take it off the base (my previous kettle would turn off the temperature hold once you lift if off the base.

I was looking for a product to replace my water boiler but did not want to keep the water on a continuous boil. I had stumbled on this product when searching the internet and liked it because it is glass. Also, the product comes with a three-year warranty from the factory.

It is a decent kettle and can keep my brew hot. The only complain may be it is a little bit difficult to clean.

Would get a 5 star if they would include markings for cups and ounces rather than just litres, Only product I have that dosen't include both. Really isn't a big deal, but come on, your selling this in the U.S.

Easy to use and quick.You can remove the tea infuser and boiling water for any accasion.

The infuser is not terribly hard to clean but after about a dozen uses, I think you can taste the previous teas that you made! I think so... and you have to be mindful about how you place the carafe back on the base because it can leak. This is a year into using this

This tea-maker is great for making larger batches of loose-leaf tea. It heats the water super-quickly and is very easy to use and clean. It does lack the motorized timer and lifter that more expensive team makers have (i.e. $300+ models), but for this price - it is an excellent value.
