Not what we expected

It's an ok iron. Yes, it has the non-stick part...but it takes a long time to heat up and the steam option is tricky to use. While I recommend it, it's not like the iron we had for over 10 years.

Such a smooth iron to press my clothes! I am really enjoying using this CHI. It has a nice color of black; stainless steel and titanium finish. Great buy.

I've been a Rowenta buyer for many years.... decided to try the CHI this time. so far (2 months) it's been very good! retractable cord very handy and the digital display is nice. time will tell if it can hang with the big boys....

I like the iron. My only concern is the size of it due to the retractable cord. Other than that, the iron is great. I am a quilter and a seamstress and it works wonders when ironing.
