This was smaller than I realized when I bought it online. But it works for what I wanted it for - in a guest room that hardly ever gets used. I planned to use my attic antenna an the built in tuner for local channels. The antenna works well on all my other tv's but this one could only tune in to one local channel. To be fair I have not tried to see if it could do better from another room and I have not tried the other tv's in this room. So it could be the cable run or a connection. So I routed a Dish Net feed to it and that works okay that way except changing channels now requires an RF remote to the Dish receiver. The one channel that did tune in looked great. Probably the best source for this tv is cable. The sould is not good at all. It is like listening to a transister radio. But again this tv is for basic viewing, not home theater. I will probably keep it since the refurb price was pretty good. If you have cable, this would be a good choice. You might want to pay a little extra and get a 17 or 19 inch. 15 inch is pretty small.

First off, Kudos to Best Buy for quick delivery and easy pickup at my local store. I purchased 2 of these TVs a little over a week ago to add TV to my Kitchen and workout room. They arrived looking new even though they were refurbished and setup quickly. The problems began about 15 minutes after the first one was set up. The HD channels on the first TV stopped working and the regular channels started to be fuzzy. An attempt to reprogram the channels left only fuzzy analog channels but no HD channels were found. Since I had the second TV I have set it up and all the HD and analog channels set up fine and all looked good for almost 30 minutes after which it lost the HD channels but at least the analog channels remained clear. I have moved the TVs and tried them at several different drops now and the same thing happens. These TVs are going back and I will be moving up the price scale.

Great picture and features in an economical model. Received all of my local channels from my antenna flawlessly. Only downside is the sound: it's clear, but tinny. Of course it is! How big can the sound be from a TV the size of a jigsaw puzzle box? I knew I would need external speakers when I bought it, and I already had them on hand (from my previous tiny TV with terrible sound.) Presto. Nice big clear sound. Now, as long as it keeps working, I have no complaints. If it quits after 46 days, I guess I took a risk and lost. Time will tell.

Ordered for my daughter as a replacement tv. impressed with the refurbish job looks and performs like new. fixin to order another one.

I am very happy with this product. It is a great deal for the price, when i got this tv it was in great shape (looks new) and works great!
