Cheap quality

As soon as I took it out of the box I could tell it was not of the best quality. I have thick hair and it could not fully straighten my hair. I ended up returning this. I think if you have thin hair, this product could work but not for long thick hair.

Great flat iron, works wonders

Super cheap -get what you pay for
