I purchased this as a utility program to use with my
photo editing software. It has a Swiss army knife set of
general tools that are easy to use. I got it on sale, making
it a great value buy.

I have always liked PSP, which seems like a good alternative to PhotoShop, possibly except for the most advanced users. You may need to adjust the settings to get the tools you use to be readily available, but that was not too difficult.

Started using PS6 long ago. Thought it was about time I upgraded. New functionality is great, but bunch of the older functionality is harder to get to or use. Still a great program.
