I absolutely love this waffle maker! It feels sturdy and well-made right out of the box, and the sleek silver finish looks great on my countertop. The flip feature makes a huge difference – it cooks the batter evenly on both sides, so my waffles come out perfectly golden and fluffy every single time. It heats up quickly, the indicator lights make it easy to know when to pour in the batter, and cleanup is simple thanks to the nonstick plates. I also love that it doesn’t take up too much space when stored upright. If you want homemade waffles that taste like they came from a restaurant, this is a must-have. Highly recommended

Let me start off by saying that this feedback is about Best Buy, not the waffle maker. I got this waffle maker because my sister has it and I know it makes great waffles. My problem is the condition it was in when I received it. It had dried up pieces all throughout the crevices as if it had already been used. Obviously, this wasn't in new condition. I know I could've just returned it for another one, but I had been looking forward to this for some time and the only issue was cosmetic. I went ahead and cleaned it and had delicious waffles. Once again, great product. The main problem was Best Buy for selling me an item that was disgusting and dirty.

Cooks waffles well. I wish it was easier to clean and could be cleaned using soap and water. The thought of just wiping it down is gross and promotes bacteria growth if not properly cleaned. That is a bad design. I stil carefully clean mine with soap and water. It also did not say to wash before use (I still did) as it has a strong factory oil smell.

Sn upgraded version of the old module. A number of features such as the visibility of the lights have improved. It works very well but the wetness of the batter seems to affect the settings. Overall a satisfactory purchase.

The quality is outstanding. It is very precise in the cooking process. We use it a lot. This is my fifth waffle maker and I can say it’s really superior to other brands.

Love the waffle iron! I appreciate that it's PFAS free. It would be nice if some recipes were included, but there are plenty online. It works great, and cooks waffles so fast!

Do your research before purchasing. This unit does not come with a timer. Only a light that apparently you are supposed to stand and watch to turn on while your waffle cooks to know when it is ready. The unit does cook a nice waffle, but lacks what seems like a common sense feature.

Easy to use and great price. It was the best option.
