Excellent pre-built gaming PC

I had been toying with building my own system for some time, but I saw this, ran the specs through PC Partpicker, and decided it was worth a shot. The PC arrived a week ahead of schedule, which was awesome. The packaging was heavy-duty and the PC was in perfect condition, not a blemish on it. You never know which components you're gonna get in one of these pre-builds, so I hoped for the best and expected the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. The motherboard is an MSI Z370-A Pro and looks great. It supports M.2 and I kind of wish I'd been able to purchase that and select it as my boot drive, but I'm happy it's there and easily accessible in the future. The MB supports SLI, which was another surprise. Can't imagine what I'd do with TWO GTX-1080Ti cards, but it's nice to know I could do it! The memory is by Adata, which is decent. I was surprised to find that someone paid attention to cable management during assembly. Mine came in a Phanteks case and it's very, very clean. The liquid CPU cooler uses 2 fans in push/pull configuration. They're not Noctuas, but they're good enough. Other than that, there was only 1 other case fan at the front. I checked and there are 3 more MB fan headers, and there's room in the case for at least 3 more, so I may add more fans in the future. As it is, it's dead silent. I guess my only quibble would be that they oriented the CPU cooler tubes in such a way that they actually lay on the graphics card. They could have turned it 180 degrees and avoided that, but it's a small thing. So, how does it run? Well, perfect! I checked all the connectors (per the instructions), hooked it up and turned it on. No problems. Went through all of the windows updates. No problems. Installed all of my software for work (medical transcription). No problems. Installed all of my games (Overwatch, Starcraft 2, Diablo 3, etc.). No problems. This thing just works...and works very, very well. Graphics and performance are amazing!! I'm very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to many years of use.

I am blown away by how powerful and smooth this computer has been thus far. I have had this computer for just over a month now and I don't have enough applications on my computer to make it struggle. I have been editing 4k videos in Premiere Pro while simultaneously having a game open and there was still room to do more with these specs. What's even more impressive is that it remained quiet the entire time. While the fans are audible (a calming sound, for me), they do not seem to be louder as the computer works harder. I'd definitely recommend this computer if you have the means and need for it.

The first impressions may not be worth too much in technology purchases but so far so good. It came with an MSI Z370-A PRO MB and the graphics card is MSI as well. The RAM is ADATA. And it's as fast as you would expect from a computer of this caliber.
On the other hand, I can't tell the wattage of the PSU; but if it's only 700 as one of the other reviews claim, that's not very good for upgradebility. I find it a little shady that it's actually not specified in the website. Also some of the stuff that should have come with the MB and PSU (e.g. extra power and SATA cables) weren't included in the package. So if I ever wanna buy a second GC, I also have to go buy some power cables; that's assuming the PSU can even handle it...

Great value power PC

I needed more processing power and memory for a new job because the laptop I had bought, which would be sufficient for previous jobs, was not powerful enough. This machine is an absolute beast, and enables me to work on multiple processor-intensive tasks with multiple HDMI displays, simultaneously and seamlessly. I would definitely buy this machine again if I had to do it all over.

Great alternative to building your own

Unfortunately I had to order this PC three times to get one that showed up intact. The first one came with the stuffing shoved in so hard that the graphics card was bent at a weird angle and no surprise, it didn't work. The next one came with glass on the case completely shattered. There was a dent in the box so this may have been am issue with the shipper. We had the third one delivered to the store so that I could inspect it before having to take it home and luckily that shipped in good shape. The staff at Best Buy (one Geek Squad manager in particular) took great care of us and the exchanges were relatively seamless and she recognized that I really needed the PC and that I was disappointed that it didn't come in working order the first time (we still haven't seen the refund go through on one of them but, I'm confident that Best Buy will take care of it).
The PC itself has been great so far. This is the second CyberPowerPC we have and both have been running really well. I looked into building one, but compared the price to this one and to me, this PC is a great value and I didn't have to spend the time picking out all the parts and then putting everything together. The case is a little bulky, but that leaves plenty of room for adding things like additional fans. The fans in there now are fairly quite (not super quiet, but I'm picky about noise and these aren't too bad). The LEDs are a little on the cheap side but they do their job and there is a decent color range. Cable management is great so everything looks clean and tidy when you look at it through the glass side.
I'm a heavy user and use this as a work PC. So far it can handle anything I throw at it. It isn't unusual for me to have video editing, spreadsheets, multiple browsers with a bunch of tabs each, multiple communication and productivity tools including video conference streaming, as well as MS office docs, security software and all kinds of stuff open and running at the same time and it hasn't had a hiccup. I'll also be using it for VR and while I haven't had a chance yet to put it through its paces, with the 1080 Ti I'm confident that it will be able to handle what I throw at it and if not, the card and motherboard are SLI ready so I can just add a second one. I bought the amazing Samsung 49" Ultra super wide monitor which works great with this PC (unfortunately Samsung doesn't make one with G-Sync yet so I can't comment on how the performance would differ with that but I haven't seen any tearing, lag etc so far). I would have rated 5 out of 5 if I had received a working one the first time since the delay was a bit of a hassle. But, now that I have one that is intact, I'm very happy with it.

Was going to build my PC but looked around and this was a way better deal. Owned for a week and its been nothing but amazing. Playing pubg at 140+FPS is awesome. The parts with it are all the same from previous reviews besides my GPU which i thought i got a better one with EVGA 1080ti instead of the MSI. so super happy. 5 stars!

This PC was bought after I had a 5th generation i7 machine for many years, and this is such a step up. It does everything with lightning speed. Everything from gaming to photo and video editing are so easy due to the many cores to split the work on and the high amount of RAM. I love this PC!

If you need a pre-built, you won't be disappointed going for this machine. You'd get whatever you need for extreme gaming and graphics work. The 1080 Ti, 8700K, 32GB RAM go well together to give you the best experience you'd expect.

Runs quiet and fast. It is ready to go right out of the box, after unpacking. This system setup is ideal for the gamer. it has lots of storage for all the additional music, docs and pics that you may want to put on the 2nd hard drive.

I have had my computer for a few weeks, and all I can say is, WOW! It's extremely fast in everything it does, and it can run every game I play at Ultra Settings. It's paired with a new 34" Asus monitor, and I am in gaming heaven!

I was quoted a 3 week delivery but it only took about 1 week!!! I purchased this computer to replace my old Hp that had been modified for gaming and stopped working after 5 years of hard use. This new computer is absolutely amazing. It looks great and performs even better. I decided to spend a little extra on this so it lasts longer and I'm glad I did. The mechanical keyboard it comes with is also very good and I love it. Another great experience with Best Buy!

I have had this PC for over a month now and it is absolutely amazing. No broken pieces and 110% functionality. Overall a great product with extremely fast response time with the capability to run any high demanding game with beautiful graphics. My favorite part about this computer is that it is already built with top of the line components that were pre-tested to ensure a functional computer in the end. When I first unboxed it, I was able to right away plug it into my monitor and start playing games no problem because it comes with a flawless gaming mouse and perfect gaming keyboard that I still use and have not replaced.

First time I buy a PC like this and I loved it! It came with an EVGA. It can run any game in full resolution. The desktop PC and the keyboard are well and clean designed. It also works pretty well with 3D modeling and rendering.

Ordered a pc, got a monster

PROS: This thing is a monster, worth the purchase. I planned on building my own, but I really didnt want to after remember how much time it would take for me put it together-- not long, but meh. This is was worth it, though.
CONS: it wont make you a better fortnite player, but it will load the game extremely fast.
also, I'd like to mention that this PC comes with a CD for the drivers. Jokes on me, this thing doesnt have a cd drive. I know I can easily put one in from the other PC I have, but I decided to buy an external drive for $20. Other than that, its pretty insane the power this PC has.

This review is for the CyberPowerPC-BattleBox Ultimate(Model:SLC8840CPG SKU:6128527) I picked up on 3/17/18 at Best Buy. It arrived six days earlier than estimated. Pro's- latest high quality CPU & GPU, quality assembly, easy setup. Con's- typical pre-built power supply. Parts in the rig I received were: CPU Intel i7 8700K @ 3.7GHz, MSI "DUKE" GTX Geforce 1080ti, MSI 370Z-A PRO Motherboard, 32GB (8GBx4) ADATA XPG 2400MHz RAM, PSU marked "800W 80plus bronze", Disk Drives (as listed in device Manager) C:223GB WDC WDS240G2GOA and D: 2.79TB TOSHIBA DT0IACA300, Intel Wireless Bluetooth, Intel Dual band Wireless-AC3165, generic liquid CPU cooler, and a standard CyberPower USB Gaming Mouse and RGB Keyboard. There were two fans in a push/pull configuration on the radiator and one fan in front. The 1080ti has three fans and the PSU has one. The case is a very nice steel Phanteks. I had it checked out by the top gaming computer builder in my area and had him upgrade the PSU. He commented that CyberPower appears to build a good product and that I should get many years of use from this rig. I am very satisfied with my purchase and hope that this info will assist others. Other reviews have clearly stated the computers capabilities. I may add additional fans in the future with summer approaching, but for now the temps are all good.

I have ordered my very first gaming PC. Everything has been a very positive experience on this computer. It shipped earlier then they said it would. It came with everything I needed to get going right away (even a Wi-Fi antennae thingy) If anything goes wrong I will defiantly change my mind. but so far I am very pleased with the overall experience and performance of ordering this machine.

Great PC for gaming

The computer has had no issues so far. I've had it for 3 weeks. The only games I got lower than 100-60 fps on were games that are badly optimized, but everything else runs 100fps or higher at 1080p. The PC is not only good for gaming, but good for work. I do image, and video editing, and I also do music production. Everything runs great and nothing slows it down. Mine came with a ASUS 1080 Ti. I would recommend this computer to anyone for this price.
