Dead video card on Xmas morning

Tried 3 monitors including the one bought for it, a television, a VGA cable, 2 HDMI cables and a DVI cable - NOTHING worked. Called support (thank you for being there Christmas Day) and nothing could be done. I was the third person with this problem on this PC just today. So disappointed and now I have to drive 2 hours to the nearest store to get it dealt with. Lame, Best Buy and CyberPower

Died after 5 days
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought as a christmas gift for one of my daughters. After 5 days’ use, started seeing blue screen of death. Tried various fixes such as memory diagnostics, PC reset with and without saving personal info, reinstalling Windows. This only brought on additional and more frequent blue screens. Now it cannot get into Windows at all as it cycles constantly through blue screens. Called cyperpowerpc tech support today. They dropped my call before I could even speak with someone after being on hold for 25 minutes. Tried cyberpowerpc online chat tech support next. After waiting 30 minutes to get a tech, he tells me I have to call the phone number. Argggh. Was finally able to talk to a tech tonight, and I can either ship them my RAM at my expense and wait for a new one, or ship the entire machine to them at my expense and wait for the fix. Seriously? Never again.

Pretty decent computer

It does seem like the wifi connector isn't as fast as I would like, but I'm hoping there's something I can do on my end to make it better.

Great Computer. No issues

The only flaw is that it is very slow without an Ethernet cable. Otherwise it's a great first gaming desktop for someone that's just getting to gaming.
