A lot of problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this pc about a year ago and the performance gaming is great but The real problem is starting the computer up when I get home from school it will turn on but the most of the time it is just frozen on the windows screen and I can’t do anything but I would have to shut it off and then try again 5 minutes later and that works most of the time but about 8 months ago it totally stopped working and just showed a blue screen that just went in circles with me trying to figure out stuff and clicking on stuff I called support and everything but luckily I had a friend his dad knew a lot about computers and he had so take apart the computer and go through the power supply and Use all of different shortcuts to get it working again and sometimes about once a week it will just stop while I am watching YouTube or something and it gets annoying

Great Starting Pc
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this gaming pc for my self and I Loved it. It’s very fast and it plays all the big game titles. The parts in the Pc are really good. Has a 2070 graphics card and a AMD Ryzen 7 2700X witch is great. Has 16GB of memory witch is great, you can always add more. Overall this is a great Pc for people who don’t know what to get.

overall a decent pc
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried to build a better pc on pcpartpicker with the same gpu and cpu, but I could not match the overall price with this pre-built monster. A great deal, i would say you will have to upgrade the cpu fan and the case fans. Other than that this is a great deal for a pc. Pros: Already built pc, one place to worry about any warrenty, Cons: Power supply isnt what you want it to be, they took the AMD ryzen cpu stock cooler and replaced it with a generic cpu cooler.

Budget high end gaming pc
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a good gaming pc for this price if you compare to other options. But you do need to know about computers to make it worth your while. The motherboard is mediocre and the drivers are really old. You would need a ton of updates before you start using it. Also mines sound card is kinda bad, it makes noises through speakers when I’m playing games and makes a little bit static noise when daily use. But a external sound card would fix it. The cpu is Ryzen 7 series so of course it’s not gonna be as consistent as intels but it is a very powerful cpu and is definitely enough for probably everything that you’ll do with this pc. Those should be all the cons if you buy this which means it still is a great price for what you’re getting. Besides there’s rgb lighting, clean white temper glass case. It’s a pretty good option and you can also change some parts out if you want.

Great PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first gaming desktop ever. I was skeptical about pre-built pcs about cost and build quality but this one is truly amazing. The first desktop i picked up from store seemed like opened, hdmi output didnt work and blue screen errors occured. So i exchanged it with another one. The second desktop looked brand new.I had a few problems with the wifi pcie card. It had very poor reception and all the wifi networks showed poor signal even sitting beside the router. I removed it from the case and ordered a new wifi pcie. But thats like a 30$ upgrade. Cant blame anyone on this. Performance is mind blowing and the price is really affordable. This thing rocks 140 fps in PUBG. Didnt try other games though. Overall a good investment discarding those two issues stated above i.e, first desktop being sluggish and the second desktop with broken wifi.

Excellent Gaming Computer for the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed to get a new gaming rig and did not want to wait for parts to come in so I took a change and purcahsed this computer locally and have been very happy overall. I would have rated this 5/5 however CyberPower had to send me a new ram stick after one of the 2 installed was faulty right out of the box which caused the new comptuer to lock up within minutes of being booted up, that process took an extra 2 1/2 weeks to fully use the computer to its full potential but thankfully I have had no issues with it since the new stock was installed. However if I did not know how to work on a comptuer it would have cause an average buyer who just wanted a plug and play machine to take it back and have a sour taste in their mouth about the whole purcahse. Overall since the above issue was resolve I have been extremely happy with the computer it runs very smoothly, graphics are excellent for gaming I do I just wish the person who inspected the computer before shipment to Best Buy had done a better job since it was right out of the box, if I had to upgrade again I would look into buying another CyberPower PC.

Powerful for years to come
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Going to start by saying, before this journey I knew little about high-end PC gaming. I did a lot of research, benchmark comparison and pricing. I didn't need the absolute best rig you could buy, but I wanted something powerful that would play games for years to come in the $1200-$1500 price range. With the AMD Ryzen 7 2700x and GTX 2070 8GB you're set to play games on Ultra no problem. For this level of GPU/CPU/SSD, you cannot beat the price. I scoured amazon, best buy, custom from the manufacturer for a better setup for the money. I only found the same setup for $100 cheaper but it had a worse motherboard and the case on this is much nicer. Setup was a breeze, everything worked right out of the box. Turn it on, update drivers and install Windows updates and then you're ready to game. I've been gaming for a month, no problems. The case is simple, sleek and clean. Not too flashy, and the RGBs have many settings to customize to your liking. The only con that has been listed many times is that the setup does run hot. The only thing i'll be changing on this setup for a long time is swapping to a better cooling system. Aside from that, would definitely recommend!

The cooler and motherboard are garbage.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was built terrible, the ax370 m motherboard cannot keep the bridges cool, I stuck a server fan on it and it still wasent enough. This is at the default settings. So what happens is the mb gets to 113c and it starts shutting off cores and underclocks it to 3 ghz. If you for it to stay at above 3ghz it will shut the computer off. This is with a cosair water cooler, but it doesnt matter because the motherboard is garbage. The CPU doesnt go over 70. So better add 139 for a motherboard and 70 for a cooler, unless 3 ghz is ok for u. That server fan is massive btw it uses over 130 watts. There is 0 reason if u leave this at stock to have a 2700x, it could handle a 4 core ryzen. The power supply is great tho 600 watt gold. Ram is pretty good too easy to get it to 2666. The case was set up well.

Bang for your buck! Great PC, but..
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this PC for around $1200, when at the time it was just as much to purchase the components and build it myself! Essentially, save money AND not have to spend hours on the build? Sold. First few weeks went swimmingly, but slowly I began to have OS issues, and networking issues. After troubleshooting and contacting support it required a fresh OS install, not ideal, but not the end of the world! There were a couple smaller issues that were slightly discouraging, like receiving a driver disc for a PC that has no optical drive, but nothing major at all. Still happy with my purchase, just a few small issues had me knock one star off (I would have done a half star if able). 9/10 would recommend to anyone, especially those not looking to build a PC!

Great for CAD
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been unable to use this to its full potential yet but definitely intend to. I am a college student and needed a PC that would hold up to the vigorous demands of Revit in order to complete my Capstone (Senior Project). Initial specks met or exceeded what was needed with the exception of the RAM. I purchased an upgrade for the RAM separately to max out at 32 GB. The graphics card, processor and memory are plenty sufficient to complete what I need to for my project. The most intensive issue to overcome is the 3D rendered walk-through of the building I will be designing. Even with the right computer this process could take hours to complete even days if the project is large enough. This PC offers the ability to do it in a relatively time effect manner without completely killing my wallet.

Mixed thoughts
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this machine because it was basically the same spec as the one I was planning on building. Ever since i first got it, I’ve had a lot of problems with it freezing. They’ve subsided recently, but I’m thankful for the warranty. I put in more storage (as I use this for various forms of media production), but other than that, I haven’t had to upgrade anything. In general, this machine is VERY fast and should be able to handle most workloads with ease. While this is generally a machine for work, I have played a few games on it and have had great results. Assuming the freezing issues were a fluke, I’d recommend it. Just make sure you have the CyberPower phone number handy, in case you need to use that warranty.

It's pretty good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this about a month or two ago and I've played it pretty regularly with minimal issues. When playing things like PUBG or Just Cause 4 it gets pretty overheated. I'm probably going to install a liquid cooling system sometime in the future to make sure the temperature is kept at bay in there. But as of right now, it's pretty good. I did an entire playthrough of Borderlands 2 with no issues, along with a wide variety of other games. I really like how fast it is, as I came from a 2015 msi laptop that has definitely seen better days.

Excellent pre-built PC for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A fantastic PC for anyone to start gaming with. Price of the parts separate were way more than together in this pre-built. This thing can handle a heavy load and then some, though I would say you may consider purchasing faster ram or a bigger SSD to go alongside it.

Awesome for the money!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this on sale for $1299 with a free copy of Anthem and Division 2. I am able to get most AAA games like Resident Evil 2 and Battlefield V at 4K around 30-45 fps. However, I recently got the Samsung 32 inch QLED Gaming Monitor (CHG70) with HDR600. Running at 1440P with HDR and around 100-120 fps on both games with everything set on high or ultra. I used to build all of my previous PCs but after shopping around, I found this to cost slightly less. It has good components and since I didn't have to build it and it came with a warranty, I pulled the trigger. I really like the white front, the awesome RGB lights and it's quiet when not gaming. I replaced the mouse and keyboard with a mechanical keyboard and gaming mouse from Corsair. I would highly recommend this PC for the money! You get so much bang for the buck with this build.

Awesome!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic bang for the buck!! If you're looking or a great all around computer you have found it. Look at all the items that are listed on the box and then think about how much it would cost to buy these items yourself. Just the $300 for the CPU (processor) and around $500 for the 2070 GPU (Graphics Card) almost pays for the entire system. Compare the other computers with similar items and you will see the value. This product is everything you want in a computer, low cost, fantastic boot up speed and program performance. Plus lets not forget that with an RTX2070 it is great gaming system for those looking to game!!

Better speed and no lag like the xbox
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased this computer to take the place of a computer for me and replacing the xbox for my son. He constantly complained that the xbox was lagging or the controller would not work properly. You name it, one complaint after another and almost every time he used it. After purchasing this computer, not one complaint. He said it there has been no lag time and the graphics are way better. As for me, it is a computer that doesn't take forever to turn on. I rarely use the computer anyway. Mainly purchased it for him. Happy not to hear the complaints in the midst of him playing a game.
