Play most AAA game with 100 or more fps. The fan was very loud when first arrive but can be change in the bios.

Like the title says, overall a good computer and I'm happy with my purchase for the most part. I've had the computer for a month now and issues are starting to pop up. After a month of working fine, the computer started not detecting my second monitor. I thought it was a Graphics driver issue so I updated the Driver. This fixed the issue I was having with daul displays but now whenever I try to go into AMD settings I get a warning that says Radeon software and drivers to not match. The second problem I'm having is with asrock RGBsync. Again, for the first month it ran fine, but now when I try to launch program it says this utility is not for this platform. This leaves me with no control over the LEDs. I've been stuck on the default rainbow for a week and its getting extremely annoying! Best Buy and Geeksquad are obviously closed for awhile due to Covid-19 so now I have zero support for this computer. Help what do I do to fix these issues?

The hardware is solid: 16gb of ram, a ryzen 7 3700x and a Radeon RX5700. The fan on the graphics card is fairly loud under load. Not much bloatware. The machine I got had windows 10 installed but not activated. I called Cyberpower customer service on a Saturday and they are supposed to send me the activation key on Monday. The customer service guy I talked to was knowledgeable and able to address my problem quickly. Kudos. But I'm giving a demerit for having to wait thru the weekend to get the activation key.

I admit i was skeptical. I never really heard of cyperpower. It was all for not. This computer rocks. Name brand Ram, name brand PSU, ASRock motherboard. Super fast, no issues at all. Highly recommend

So far the pc has been great and working as intended. The staff at Best was very helpful and talked me through all the tech stuff that i didnt understand. I still havent downloaded any games to the machine yet, just getting everything set up as i want it. Only problem i have so far is stupid but i cant not connect the lighting to my razer stuff so that they are all the same. But not really a problem. After installing some games and playing and will update this review. But for the money this machine is i thnaks its a great buy, good graphics card and is able to be overclocked if your into that, and case does not look cheaply built. Would recommend to family and friends.

so when i got the computer i thought it was gonna go smoothly and run but first of all when i played a game i got blue screened instantly so i stopped with that game and i was checking what was wrong with it and what happened was the GPU drivers weren't working so i had to reinstall them and do every thing again and that took 3 hours but after that everything was great i got 80 fps in every game i played on the best graphical settings and till this day it works perfectly no problems yet.

easy to unpack and set up out of box . After initial setup PC boots up faster than anything I had in years. Games I played so far run smooth and look great. Super happy with my purchase.

I had a ten year old Alienware.. this thing is absolutely amazing . Fast as lighting , plays all my games effortlessly. Perfect computer for someone who no longer wants to build one

Can’t beat the price of this gaming desktop. It has a good CPU and a good graphics card. Everything runs smooth and it is very quick. I Highly recommend this to anybody

The PC looks and runs great, but the IO shield is a bit misaligned leading to some blocked ports. Also, one of the case side panel screws is a little wonky but still works. Just a cosmetic issue. The dust cover on the bottom is also loose and slides back and forth. The PC also runs fairly loud. Nothing deal breaking but noticeable. Otherwise, the PC was fairly plug and play. I did have to re-plug in a SATA cable to the SSD but the directions warned that was a possibility. Seems to be running games great and that's really all I wanted. Much less hassle then building my own. The cable management in the PC is great as well.

This PC allows me to play games like R6, PUBG, Escape From Tarkov, and GTAV on very high settings. Set up was easy. The CPU fan is loud, so I purchased another CPU fan for about $40 and it works wonders. Dramatically helped lower the fan sound. This system comes stock with 3 fans, I went ahead and purchased 3 more because I play demanding games and what to utilize my GPU at its full potential. Upon receiving the PC, I had to undergo a clean Windows reinstall because my computer would crash. However, I contacted Cyper Power directly and they helped me quickly and knew exactly how to fix the problem.

First gaming computer and am blown away by the way this machine is performing. I have had no issues running games and the graphics run so smooth.

So far this PC has been great. I use it for iRacing and it's really fast and normally runs at 230fps with full graphics on a 27" Asus monitor.

Had this PC for 6 months now and I can say this PC has gone beyond my expectations! This is a well built rig and I haven't touched my console since I bought this rig and I don't plan to buy another console ever again even with the next generation consoles coming out. It handles multitasking and games extremely well and haven't had any hardware issues. Be aware you will need to buy a bigger SSD if you plan on putting games on a SSD since the OS is sitting on the 240GB SSD and with games sizes today you will want to buy at least 1TB.

The delivery was fast and it was so easy to get set up and it’s cheap! I’m happy with my purchase and love cyber power products.

This is a great multi-purpose PC. For a pre-built one, this has an ok components that you will not need to replace anytime soon. Sure you can get a better component if you pick them your self on cyberpower but given the ease, and peace of mind (the pc is already there on bestbuy and you can return it to them if for some reason there are issues instead of shipping the whole thing to cyberpower which could be expensive). Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and it serves me well for gaming and editing.

I got this for my son for his birthday.. user friendly setup. the pc is fast and has very attractive neon lights...

I'm not a gamer, but bought this for the speed and storage. It loads fast, but it has several negatives in my view. I don't like the back lite keyboard. The symbols on the keys are hard to read. The USB ports on top of the unit are not reachable under my desk, so I had to buy an extension cable. There was no DVI port for my new monitor, so I had to make another trip to Best Buy for another cable. The fans on the unit are extremely noisy. I could do without the lights on the tower.

The CPu fan struggles but overall performance is really good. A couple of small tweaks and this is a great pc

Aside from the rear cover for the mother board not being lined up properly (had to fix to allow anything to be plugged in) this seams to be a great computer. Best Buy gave me a price adjustment being it had gone on sale 2 days after I bought it. I have only had it for a couple days, but I downloaded Gears of War 4 to test it out. It will run Corel Draw, Gears of War, and my laser all without missing a beat. I bought this as a workstation, so it should work out nicely.
