Decent prebuilt with potential; lackluster support

I don't have any interest in flashy lights, just durability and functionality. This computer seems to be a good system overall and so far I'm happy with the hardware in it. I do have a couple gripes that may not be directly related to the product itself. 1. I've been having issues getting the Microsoft Store to function/download apps. Microsoft support is worthless and Cyber Power PC support defers to Microsoft for this issue. 2. I want to expand the RAM by adding a couple chips, matching the ones that came with the system. Cyber Power PC uses different chips depending on what is available. I looked at the serial/model # of the RAM that it came with and it seems to be an odd model that I cannot find anywhere online, not even on the Patriot website (the RAM is from Patriot). I emailed Cyber Power PC support twice about this and haven't gotten any useful response. I'd offer more stars if the support team could actually give me a halfway decent reply. One of the reasons I opted for this computer was because of the glowing reviews of the Cyber Power PC support department...haven't gotten much support yet.

Exactly what I wanted and the salesman was spot on explaining the capabilities of this computer.

A Good Midtier Desktop

The processing power to price ratio makes this a safe buy. If you are in the market for a gaming pc or just a new pc in general it will be able to play most game titles at good resolutions and frame rates and will still be a viable for the next 5 years at least. Buy with confidence
