Cheap parts

After any heavy gaming my PC is 85°C or above. After having the PC for less than a month I’m already having to drop $400 on a new graphics card. And this isn’t the first prebuilt Cyber power I’ve gotten with the same issue btw so I would avoid!

Will Be Returning It

First, the keyboard looks like it's from the 90's. Huge keys but maybe some people like that. Second, the mouse is very heavy but that's an easy fix. My main complaint is how loud the fan is. I have an HP Omen and you can never hear the fan. This Cyber PC is way too loud for my liking.

Contact blue screen crashes

In between those times I spent 4 hours on the phone with Windows Tech Support attempting to get windows 10 to work correctly in an attempt to stop the crashes. Once I was finally able to get windows 10 to work correctly the system still continuously crashed anytime I opened a FiveM server. Would not recommend to anyone who wants to do even moderate gaming as it absolutely did not work for me. The crashes also occurred at other times outside of FiveM after the Windows fix. Attempted to speak with CyberPowerPC tech support and was told it was a windows issue and was offered no help. Returned after having it for a little over a day and will be buying something from another brand. My suggestion is you skip my first step and go right to the second.

Usually, a blue screen has a stop code or error code that correlated to what may be causing the issue. In most cases, reinstalling your Windows Operating System, doing a clean installation, should be able to resolve most blue screens.
