I purchased the computer on 12/27/19 it was delivered on 1/3/20 and the graphics card died within a week. The fans on the gpu died and the card overheated. Best Buy sent a new computer on 30 JAN 20 and the same issue happened with the second computer. However, it is outside the 30 day return period 6/1/20. Now I am left with $1000 non gaming rig. Best Buy wants me to take it to the geek squad for repair, No appointment until 6 July 20. So I can fix myself for $$ or wait until the second week of July and not game for two weeks or longer so Best Buy can test and "determine the issue" and "fix" the gpu. Lesson learned. I will build my own like I used to.

Alright, story time. So, My family and I came together and bought this PC for my nephew. I got it for him for this past(2019) Christmas. He was so excited and couldn't wait until Christmas morning. He got it set up and it wouldn't turn on.
Now, I've been building and working on computers since 2005. This is his first gaming rig and he is 13 I also live a few states away and did my best to help him troubleshoot. Still nothing matters hours of us communicating back and forth. I told him he would have to take it back to Best Buy so they could look into it.
Next day, my family takes it up to a local Best Buy and has it checked out. Their Geeksquad team couldn't get it to turn on either. So they returned and recorded it.
It came in today, 1/08/2020, and was shipped to store. They went to pick it up and have Geeksquad start it up just incase and for the second time, the PC would not start.
So we had two of these not work. We ended up going with an HP Omen instead that they had in stock. While I love the specs of this PC, Cyber Powe PC needs to step their quality control game up.

The first time I ordered this computer, it came with a graphics card that didn't work. I took it to get looked at by Best Buy to confirm. I thought, well it happens, so I gave the computer another shot and exchanged it for another one. Same model. Except that this time, again, it came with another broken graphics card.
After this, I was convinced that this is not a quality computer. I returned it, and decided to save my money in case the epidemic takes too long to resolve and I find myself out of a job, but how nice would it have been to have a gaming rig during social distancing.

I purchased this for my son as a Christmas gift. He used it for 3 months with no problems...until there was one. Ive tried geek squad who sent me to asus who sent me to geek squad...

Christmas present for my 11 year old. DOA. Could not get a display. Returned to store, they were out of stock so had a replay delivered. Also DOA. Same issue. 2nd one looks like it had completely different RAM and video card, so not sure what these yahoos are doing
So now I have a kid that can’t use his new computer on Christmas break while I spend hours of my time trying to troubleshoot and get a replacement

This was my experience the pc components are ok but the management and assembly ... no words to describe it ssd no connected properly and worst cable management ever seen

Should have listened to the bad reviews! Unpacked computer and conected everything properly, but when turning on the computer there was no display on the monitor. Tried reconecting everything again several times and got the same result. Video card fans start for a little bit and then both just stop. Returning this piece of garbage ASAP!
