Bought this for my 16 yr old son to use for gaming. First one lasted a day then the graphics card went. Best Buy exchanged it, brought it home, that one wouldn't even turn on. Even Geek Squad didn't know what was wrong with it. Best Buy was great and refunded our money but it was a big waste of time and a very disappointed 16 yr old! I'd use caution buying this if I were you.

We had the PC for 2 weeks before it went out on us. We were using it no problem, when all of a sudden the PC rebooted itself. Went into repair mode and was never able to repair itself. Next day went back to BestBuy and returned the PC and paid a little more for the Dell Omen. Now that's a PC that's worth it! Don't waste your time or money on the CyberPowerPC! it's garbage!

Dear Alexisfig67,
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Unfortunately the Windows automatic repair usually points to an issue where your Windows registry files may have been corrupted during a Windows update. A simple Windows reinstallation should resolve the issues you are having with the PC. We understand that you opted to exchange the PC at the retailer, however, in the case you're still in possession of the PC please feel free yo contact our tech support team at your earliest convenience for further assistance on this matter; we're always happy to help.

Fits my *aesthetic* and had a good time with it initially. Very quiet and the lights on the fans are super cool. Loads up OS very fast with SSD.
When playing FFXIV (a game that came out in 2013, so 7 years ago) PC would crash / restart randomly. When booting back up, lock screen would display with red overaly.
Returned and exchanged for a different PC.

After about 7 month the unit suddenly stopped turning on. Of course best buy doesnt handle the 1 year factory warranty. So now I have to jump through a bunch of hoops and mail the unit back to the company. Sucks. Cause my son needs this for school and school just started.

Two Defective Units in a Row

I really wanted this to work out. I got two defective units in a row. The first one I brought home, set it all up and it would not even power on, nothing - completely dead on arrival. I thought maybe I just got unlucky on the first one, I returned it the next day and exchanged it for another one. I thought for sure everything would work out. This second unit powered on, but would not display anything on the monitor, the monitor detected no signal. After troubleshooting and spending time on the phone with CyberPower PC support, they told me it was likely a bad motherboard. Do they not check these systems to ensure they work before they get sent out? Needless to say, I am done trying with these poor quality systems, and would recommend going with another brand.

Intermittent power up issues ranging from lights but nothing after to green screen at windows pin. Various workarounds have you jumping through hoops for each cycle but its still a crapshoot if it will start after the gymnastics. Judging by the online FAQ and posts, this is a common problem with CyberpowerPC.
The case was designed by an idiot. Its too big for what it has inside and the top mounted connectors are stupid.
I purchased it based on price and hardware specs for CAD use.

I purchased this system and waited a week for it to arrive. When I finally recieved the PC, it would not even boot up. The entire build quality was very, very cheap and parks of the cheap plastic were already broken. I got the feeling that this may have been returned and repackaged because the CPU cooling fan showed signs of being worn and damaged. I would not recommend this system and now I am hesitant of even buying from CyberpowerPc.

Had to return item twice...the first came with a boot loop and then the second came with a defective broken mouse straight out of the box. Cyber power customer service is not the best...rude and dismissive. So far my third one is fine but the issues I have experienced is unreal. Will not purchase this brand of product again

I’ve been Best Buy customer for quite some time, with all the staff at the stores these towers should be verified that they turn on. They should probably even check if loads windows. Very bad experience with this desktop. Don’t waste your money on this PC.

Nothing but issues since setup. Called geek and cyber power. I was asked to reinstall windows. I did that and still get nothing but the blue screen house later. Right now trying to fix itself again. I am going to return and hope the replacement works.

First, the case came damaged. Looks like the damage came before the shipping because the box had no dents or holes. Then when in packaged there were lose screws everywhere.
Then we come to the big issue, the motherboard was destroyed.

If u just want a pretty computer to use you can buy it, but if you have genuine purpose and use for a pc i would say choose another brand. The customer service is not bad, they seem very experienced in dealing with their faulty pc.

I ordered the computer and got it in 2 days. I set it up and there was absolutely no power to the system. Pressing the power button the power supply would just click and then nothing.
I returned it the next day for a refund.

We bought this machine for my mother, she's not elderly, but definitely not a target audience for a computer like this. Her needs are fairly basic, but we had a terrible experience with an iMac, which she thought she wanted, but it was terrible. Anyway, I suggested a powerful PC, as we were able to get this plus a very nice 1440p 27" Dell monitor for less than a basic iMac costs. This is definitely an overkill, she's not a gamer, but I wanted for her to have something that will perform for many years, and actually feel like a new computer. Well enough with the boring stuff, let's talk about the machine.
I like it. It's definitely very fast. It actually made me a bit jealous as, except for the video card, this computer is actually more powerful than my custom built PM (but it is few years old). It is definitely speedy, opening and closing, copying and playing everything instantly, with CPU staying under 4% load. AS some people have stated, these computers might come with parts from many manufacturers, and I think we got lucky with an ASUS motherboard and Ballistics ram. The SSD is from LEXAR, I'm not sure what the HDD is (It's harder to get to, and I don't feel like taking a brand new computer apart). The video card is from XFX, idk, it really doesn't mean much anyway who the manufacturer is. The specs are very good overall, and if I was building a similar one, I'd likely have picked better parts, but I could never get as much performance for the same price.
The downsides. Of course for a pre-build machine, they're using cheaper parts, if not cheapest available. And one of the most important PC parts is the PSU, and in these computers they use some cheap, Chinese non brand name PSU. This is something that I will likely be replacing in a near future, as these cheap PSUs are called computer killers for a reson. Another very odd thing is the direction of the airflow on the side fans. For some reason they're installed to exhaust air from side fans and of course the rear one. I feel like we all know that the front or side fans should be bringing air in, and a rear one taking hot air out. Out of the box all fans except the PSU are blowing air out, and to me that just doesn't make sense. I watched and read some reviews and many people reported seeing the same thing, so it appears that this might be by design, I need to do some more research to figure out why, or flip them over. Another con is that this computer can get loud. RGB fans look nice, but you know they used the cheapest ones they could get, and the CPU fan is the stock unit, that does a good job cooling the processor, but it's also really loud under any load. This can also be fixed of course in the future by replacing the fans, but that's an additional expense. And finally the keyboard and mouse that come with it are soooo cheap and basic, I don't see them being used by anyone, I threw them in a drawer right away and replaced with decent Logitech peripherals.
Bottom line. It's a very well performing computer. It looks great and the built quality is outstanding. It's probably not the best fit for a PC enthusiast as they will likely be disappointed by cheap brands and parts, but should be awesome for a teenagers, young adults or their parents, anyone that want good performance in a nice looking case, no hustle of building and some warranty and support.
